I got it for about 27 euros (from France), which is a bit expensive for a mouthguard, but you will be able to remold it every time you get your braces adjusted. This mouthguard is perfect for those who have braces, even if you have an uneven number of teeth. The product contains: -a box (which was not specified) -the mouthguard -the instructions -a fitting cage It was really easy to mold it, it doesn't melt in 10 seconds, people who melted it in 10 seconds probably had their water at much more than 100 degrees celsius when they put the mouthguard in it. If you want to be safe, put the mouthguard in the water (by following the instructions) as soon as the water starts boiling, or if you have a thermometer, try to aim for exactly 100 degrees celsius.
