I use 1 or 2 capsules broken open in 1 oz lemon juice with 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Stir and put 1/4 teaspoon of food grade citric acid in let it set until it's done fizzing and you have yourself an Alka seltzer Gold. Put in 1 or 2 crushed aspirin if you wish. 👍
