Absolutely brilliant, I now have three of these, there easy to put together and the light is so bright you wouldn't believe it.

Brought this just over 6 months back and set it up in the garden. There are several options to fix to the wall, spike or a small base. I chose the base as I could easily bury it six inches or more in the pebbles I have but there are holes in the base to screw/bolt/nail it down and you can add sand/pebbles into the base to give weight as it will blow over easily otherwise, so over the winter storms it has kept upright so despit how lite it is, just use a bit of common sense and work around it. The unit comes up to about chest hight and the black plastic of the pole is a little cheap but the light worked every night over winter. If enough hours in the sun it lasted 5 hours or more. Now it is lighter it lasts past midnight. I have several solar lanterns of various types and I can tell you that while most glow for hours and can look nice they do not create usable light. This while not as bright as mains power, will create enough light for shadows to appear for several hours and glow for much longer. For the price I have been pleased and will likely get more.

Great light, worked straight from the box as soon as put in situ in our garden. Emits a bright light and so far has lasted until dawn. Will not expect to be so bright or long lasting during the upcoming winter months that will soon be upon us but for its price, cannot fault it.

This lamp post was too small So I returned it 11 days ago. Still not had refund ! And I had to pay 3.50 to return! Contacted asking for etc etc Not impressed. 😕

Really good value. I've ordered another one. It's been brighter than I expected as we've had very little sun to power it. I would recommend on my experience with it
