It's a capsule that is easy to swallow. It works well on me.

Decent product. No drowsiness

Ive only used this a few times and have not noticed a difference. This stuff is meant to help you fall asleep, not stay asleep. I combine this with my sleeptytime tea which also includes 1mg of Melatonin, still dont see any difference in helping fall asleep. Not sure if its the product or lack of usage.

They out you to sleep and keep you asleep. I do recommend especially because of its natural ingredients

This product doesn’t work… Either it doesn’t have ANY MELATONIN in it OR it doesn’t have a product that dissolves in the body. I can use 1-2 mg of a melatonin spray I buy from Amazon and it works for about 2 hours. After taking Kappa’s pill, I lay awake for 2 hours and then had to take something else. This product seems to be a scam.

This product is AMAZING. I have been suffering some serious insomnia. I’m also taking opioids, so that left me unable to take Rx sleep aids like Ambien and Lunesta, due to risk of Serotonin Syndrome. My Dr is the one that recommended this product, due to the natural ingredients that won’t interact with my Rx meds. I got the Sleep 3 per his recommendation, and he stated I could double to dose if 1 wasn’t enough. But 1 works fine. Per the directions on the bottle, take 30-60 minutes prior to you wanting to sleep. Within the hour, I’m starting to doze off. I also have to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, but I’m able to fall asleep right away, as soon as my head hits the pillow again. I highly recommend this product, and have sent the link to it to several family and friends. I will definitely be purchasing again!

I'm not having too much luck with sleeping better. I have only taken these for three nights, so Ill try a little longer.

This is the first herbal sleep aid that works for me. I have tried many others but this one is the only one that has helped me fall asleep but wake up refreshed. This also has great value for the price you pay for it.
