Does not have buckle or harness on front. Just as pictured and cute but you would assume it would have a front buckle since it has a leash, but does not.

Kids love them. Thé only thing I would do to improve them is to have the shoulder straps have a piece that snaps the two together to form like a harness. They are to easy for a kid to get out of when walking.

My just turned 2 year old granddaughter loves this cute backpack. She feels like a big girl carrying her toys around in it. My daughter hasn’t needed the parent strap yet, but it will certainly come in handy when needed.

This is so cute and soft. I bought it for my great-niece. She just turned two and I thought she might like carrying things. Or her parents might like her to start carrying things. Like that favorite toy. It's the perfect size for a toddler.
