What are the dimension of the bottle? Will it fit in most car cup holders?

The smaller size one fits standard cup holders. The larger metal 26oz ones only fit the bigger cup holders. So there is 1 cup holder in my van that holds our metal bottles. Everyone else is out of luck.

Can I just buy a lid for the stainless steel pogo water bottle?

I dont know, but I got the blue version replaced for free because the blue one retained an offensive rubber smell.....contacted customer service and eventually got a gray one which was fine. Just contact Pogo customer service.

Can you purchase replacement tops/lids?

I have like 3 or 4 pogo tops that have broken hinges. I love the bottle so I keep giving them a chance but the hinge is not made well and eventually always breaks for me. I have yet to be able to find/buy a replacement
