I purchased this to help with a minor flea problem, as I had read it was safe to use around dogs. I mixed about 15 or 20 drops with water in a small spray bottle. I was not expecting much, but to my surprise, it actually worked!! It doesnt smell real strong like chemical products do, and.the odor doesnt stick around. It isnt unpleasant at all. I just didnt want everything smelling like cedar permanently. Anyway, the fleas must hate it because they began disappearing immediately!! It is supposed to kill them, also. I didnt even spray the dogs entire bed! I just kind of sprayed the edges and underneath. Then, around his bed. I vacuumed and he and I slept like babies that night. They bite me more than the dog. About a week later, I had to repeat the process, as hidden ones must have hatched. But same thing. A little spray, a little vacuuming, and sleep. Lol

Wonderful to see your oil very fragrant. Great for refreshing my cedar chest and polishing my wood with. A little goes a long way.

I really like Now essential oil, but for some reason this is the only one I've gotten where the scent rapidly degrades over time. I used it to put in my dresser drawers and by the evening, the scent was totally gone. It wasn't nose-blindness, it just went away much too fast.

The bottle leaked in the package. It smells like burnt cedar. Not going to use in my cream. Disappointed!
