Been installed for couple months seems to be working well. Helps keep dogs out of trash can being in a cabinet now. Plus adds floor space from trash can being gone. Should of bought it sooner

This works great for us. However, it was not easy to install. Trying to get everything balanced so it opened and closed correctly was a challenge. Be prepared for that, but once you get it installed it works wonderfully.

Fitted well and working great. Assembly was also easy.

The media could not be loaded. It soft closes pretty well as long as we close it enough manually, but it sticks a bit when we open it. Overall pretty decent.

Absolute garbage. Do not buy. My husband is handy and has put together stuff for years. This one he’s been at it for 4 hrs already and if the screws are not stripping it’s the alignment that absolutely drove him bonkers. About to toss (I missed the return window) and just get something better. Bad product.

If I could zero star this item I would. This has by far the worst item I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. The quality of the screws are so poor that their side job should be a stripper because that’s how easy they strip. I can’t wait to return this item.
