Science Backed Ingredient Stack
If you’re like me and do any amount of basic research on supplements and their respective company beforehand, then you’ll know that there is a bunch of controversy on what supplements are the best to take, what dosage is the best, etc. Over the years, I have tried multiple different brands and dosage of multivitamins and supplements in general. Aside from things such as creatine and protein powder, I never found a multivitamin that really made me feel any different then if I was not taking it. As I took the next step in my fitness journey, I decided dive deeper into supplements and what I specifically would benefit from based on my training split (which involves about 11–15 miles of running a week, and five days a week of strength training). I’ve always known about Dr. Jim Stoppani and I’ve used his PreJym and PostJym in the past. They are also great products, but what I’m getting out with this whole review is that Dr. Jim Stoppani has published a ton of scientific research which is scholarly backed. Reading his articles on multivitamins and how a lot of multivitamins contain ingredients that directly inhibit the uptake of other minerals and vitamins, I decided to give his vitamin and zinc/magnesium a try. I take the vitamin in the morning with my breakfast, and the zinc/magnesium at night right before bed. After about two weeks of consistent use, I can absolutely tell that I feel better overall, and my recovery has went through the roof! On my long run days, I used to find myself completely destroyed the next day. Didn’t matter how much stretching or water I would drink. Really I could tell a difference after about a week of use, but two weeks is where I really started to notice a significant difference in my overall health. I’ve done my own research, and I’ve asked my doctor, and other friends I have in the medical field who have all confirmed that the ingredients in both products are a very good dosage, will definitely help with health and recovery, and don’t have any counteracting ingredients. Long winded to say that this is not any kind of snake oil or run of the mill multivitamin, I truly believe this is a beneficial product for those training extremely hard.

My go-to multi for training
My favorite multi. It’s actually designed for people who train hard. No proprietary blends, just high-quality vitamins and minerals that you actually feel.

Easy to swallow and good bang for your buck.
I recently tried JYM Supplement Science Vita JYM Sports Multivitamin & Mineral Support, and overall, I found it to be a decent option, especially if you're looking for an affordable multivitamin that's easy to take. One of the biggest positives for me was the size of the pills – they are small and incredibly easy to swallow, which is a huge plus if you struggle with larger capsules. While taking them, I did notice a slight boost in my energy levels, which was a pleasant surprise. However, in comparison to Animal Pak vitamins, which I've used before, I felt that Animal Pak provided more noticeable differences in terms of overall well-being and recovery. That said, Vita JYM's price point is definitely more budget-friendly than Animal Pak, making it an attractive alternative. I would recommend Vita JYM if you prioritize ease of swallowing and are looking for a cost-effective way to get your essential vitamins without the comprehensive (and sometimes overwhelming) blend found in products like Animal Pak. It's a solid choice for general vitamin support.

Amazing results
I can’t believe the difference these make in my everyday life. It gives me energy, I feel sharper and just feel in a better mood. I was a skeptic in believing a multi could do so much but these proved otherwise. I’ll definitely be repurchasing them! Give them a try you won’t be sorry
