Q: Does this make up line contain silicone? Particularly the face & eye primers?

The only drug facts the bottle has is Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, which is the safest component. I have other primers that are silicone based, and this doesn't have that feel. When you put it on it's thinner and goes on easier than a normal sunscreen, and when it dries it does create a Matte finish. I suggest if you put make up on over it, you need to do it when it's still wet, because it's hard to blend in foundation if it completely dried. It is probably the best primer I've tried that actually doesn't sweat off in an AZ summer.

Q: Is the primer with SPF oil control too?

It does have SPF 30, and definitely helps with oil control. My face has a nice even matte tone all day.

Q: Should I apply the blurring face primer before or after moisturizing? I have very dry skin.

I would do it after but be sure it is dry as the product is like a cream/ I use moisturizer but not to much on my eyelids.

I love it. I wear it after serums and moisturizer. And dab a loose powder after, gives a very natural finish. Also tried layering it with tinted serum and it blends very well keeping the longevity of the make up

BROKE ME OUT

This was supposed to be a “skin friendly product” and got it after reading all the good reviews.I used this for a few days and my face broke out, wasn’t sure if it was because of this. I stopped using it for a week or so and my face calmed down. Then tried using it again and now my face is a complete mess, pimples and whiteheads everywhere.
