This is a very good TWS as this price range. Its has a good quality sound, built quality with matte finish is really attractive. Its very comfortable in the ears. You can also do gaming here with very low latency. The battery backup is also very good. The main feature I am impressed with is its Call Quality. Its a very nice TWS for calling. All over this is a very good product to buy at this price.I really like the bass mode of the tws, very very clear and sharp audio quality. Boat really does an excellent work in terms of audio quality

Do NOT buy these earbuds at all! They work fine for just 2 days and then completely stop working unless you keep them on charge constantly. I complained to Amazon, and they told me to contact the company (boAt). When I contacted boAt, they sent a Blue Dart guy to pick up the product. I handed over the real faulty product, but later I got a message from the company saying my claim was rejected because I supposedly sent the wrong product.Absolute nonsense! I sent back the actual broken product.I called boAt customer service countless times, but got NO proper response for days. Finally, they sent me a video, but in that video, it turned out the wrong product was shown—because Blue Dart replaced my original one with some random junk!And now boAt says it’s not their responsibility, even though they were the ones who coordinated with Blue Dart. If the pickup was done through their official courier, how the hell is it not their responsibility? They just say “sorry, we can’t help you.”Pathetic service from both boAt and Blue Dart! Absolutely horrible experience. And the product itself is trash—starts giving problems after just a few days of use. Never buying from them again!

Right earbuds not working. Amazon is not ready to return the product even though it not mentioned anywhere that it is non-returnable. Also, the replacement of the product is to be done by customer himself. Amazon will not replace it even if it is delivered defective by them. Ordered on Amazon, paid on Amazon, delivered defective by Amazon but to be replaced at BOAT device centre by customer. The customer service of Amazon is very rude and keeps escalation calls on hold for hours without responding.
