Don't seem to have gained any benefits from taking these but no negative effects either. They said is good for aiding weight loss, potentially lowering blood sugar and cholesterol, and supporting digestion. I guess I'll keep taking them and see if I get any results.

The powder in these capsules is potent enough that you can taste the vinegar through them when you put them on your tongue. Swallowing them is just like any other capsules, and they haven't bothered my stomach at all (I have no problem taking a teaspoon of pure ACV). I really like that you can taste it, though. You know it's pure and potent stuff in there. I also like that you get a two-month supply in a bottle for about ten bucks. That's a great value. Three capsules make a serving, so obviously you can stretch the supply by taking one or two at a time, making it an even better value. I've never known ACV to really make a difference with me, but I definitely believe that it is of some general benefit to my body. It's something I make sure to get into my diet one way or another, and these capsules are definitely more pleasant than taking a spoonful of ACV liquid and better than gummies with added sugar or sweeteners (even though the gummies are the most pleasant way to take it).

According to my health coach, taking apple cider vinegar before eating helps reduce blood sugar levels. The liquid form tastes terrible and too disgusting for me to drink, so I am now trying capsules. I decided to try these Tahoe Nutritionals Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules | 1800mg | 180 Count | Non-GMO, Gluten-Free Supplement capsules because they are made in America (which is essential to me, given that health supplements are unregulated).When I opened the bottle, there was a strong scent of vinegar which seems to indicated there really is vinegar in these capsules (even if the smell is a turn off). This is the most unscientific test ever, but I had a bacon lettuce tomato sandwich on half a bun for breakfast. According to my cgm my blood sugar level went from 112 to 177. Following the directions, I took one tablet before lunch (3 is the recommended dose, but it says to start with one to see if your stomach can take it) where I had a McDouble with a whole bun. I went from 107 to 178. SoI had twice as many carbs (one bun vs 2) but only an increase of 6 points difference compared to my breakfast.Perhaps three tablets will make more of a difference, but I have to work up to that. I also think these are way more affordable than the ones I have seen in the big box stores.
