This is a standard part with a not-so-standard finish. Both ends were compatible with my existing hardware. I was a little uneasy ordering a part that didn't have any reviews, but I am pleased with my purchase. The part arrived well packed, in its own box, with plastic protectors on both ends. The old hose came off easily, and installation of the new piece was a snap. I don't think you'll need Amazon's help on this one.

Light weight, water flow is good and sufficient hose length. The gold color is also good.The cons are the hose does not fully tighten to the shower head but there’s no leaks.It doesn’t easily stay on the holder, and can fall off easily. The bolt at the end of the hose is slightly bigger for the holder.

Very flexible and well made. Just the right length. Highly recommended as a replacement hose for hand-held showers
