Never gonna make this from scratch again!
Why in the world would I EVER make this from scratch again??? Very hesitant about dehydrated meatballs but after 24 hours they were delicious! I added a can of chicken and a package of fresh chopped spinach. Now I have to make TWO PACKAGES at a time because a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids under 10) can’t get enough. The 2 picky girls eat two bowls at a time!!

Disappointed
I was so looking forward to Knorrs Soup du Jour Italian Wedding Soup with Meatballs Mix. I spent over $80.00 for 4 bags & I was so disappointed. I followed the directions & made 1 Gallon on stove top covered & simmered for 20 min. & both the meatballs & pasta were so hard & chewy. I continued to cook it & the meatballs remained dry & hard. It was inedible except for the liquid. I won't use the last 3 bags..wasted money & it was over the time limit to return the product. I've always used Knorr products in the past with good results. This was a Dud!

The soup is good, but the price has increased tremendously since 2021! The meatballs have an off flavor and it's simply too expensive now.
