great value, great taste, good volume.
The taste is Salty! this seems like a good quality salt. I used it for a mixed drink and had a ton of extra so I gave a lot of it away. If you make a lot of mixed drinks and want a cool salted rim, this is for you! You could also use it to cook. The value is great, I had difficulty finding this type of salt locally, or for less money.

Inconsistent Crystals
I use it in my neti pot. My first bag had course table salt style crystals which were perfect for that. My second bag had small rock salt style crystals which take longer to dissolve. I don't like the inconsistency.

Great for cocktails
I use this salt for cocktails! It’s so great. It gives your drinks a different fun look than the same old salt for rimming glasses. Taste great. Perfect texture. I would definitely order this again. You get such a large amount it will be awhile before you will need more. So I think that makes it a great value for your money.

Good salt, but should be milled for most uses.
This is an interesting product. Best used in a mill or crushed in mortar/pestle for most uses. Especially nice as a table salt for fish, potato, sweet corn and other light colored dishes. You can tell exactly how much you put on and where you put it! Good flavor, but we like to mix it about 50/50 with pink Himalayan salt for table use in the mill. This stuff works amazing for baked pretzel salt as is, gives them an exotic look with great flavor, and in a rub (crushed finer) for smoked fish and meats. Once again, you can tell where you put it and how much due to the dark color. It will turn your hands black, but washes off easily.
