I find that it adjusts easily and feels very comfortable while wearing it. My only complaint is that it is about 95% light-blocking. Some light does seep in around my nose.

The FlyHugz 3D Contoured Sleep Mask is an excellent design if you want to block the light without pressure on your eyes. Once I adjusted it around my nose it was completely dark--I'm a side sleeper so it shifts a little when I laid my head on the pillow. The tapered edge keeps it from shifting as much as a rounded edge. It has an adjustable elastic band so you can tighten it as much as you want. The padding and fabric make it very comfortable. I like that the edges are stitched because that usually means they stay together and last longer after laundering. (I put them in a lingerie bag in the washer on gentle and hand dry.)

This eye mask has cups over the eyes so that there is no pressure placed on your eyes when wearing this mask. The band is adjustable. The material is satiny silk, lightweight and heavenly against the skin. Total blocking of light around the mask.

I use a sleep mask whenever I take a nap. Blocking out the light is a huge help since I often need a nap, but have a hard time falling asleep. This mask blocks out all light and fits comfortably on my face without gaping. The mask is adjustable for the perfect fit. The fabric is soft and the spongy contoured part of the mask has just the right amount of give. I like that it comes in a draw string pouch for storage.

3D sleep mask by FlyHugz. Everyone in my house wears a sleep mask because we cannot use blackout blinds. This is a fairly standard but good mask. I always choose straps that have adjustable sliders not velcro. Always prefer some good extended side coverage which this has. The nose is also well padded and no light gets through. It is soft silky fabric and pretty in pink. Nothing extraordinary about this but everything you need from a sleep mask.

These are so comfortable i wore them on my trip to Canada. Now I will take these on every flight I take.

I can't handle any type of light when I go to sleep. I got these so I could fall asleep better. And it worked! These are very effective. I recommend them.
