This is the second one I’ve bought as the wife has stolen my first one. Really impressed by the quality of the mat. It’s thick and comfortable to do workouts on. I usually suffer from back pain due to the thinness of mats and this mat has solved that issue for me. The colour options are great, I bought a grey one this time round. Main reason for buying it was the extra width and height, I’m 6ft 2in and this mat is definitely large enough for me.Noticed that the mat is grippy enough, but still gives you the ability to move around during more agile workouts. Also grips to laminate flooring, carpet and outside paving really well.Our 3 year old also jumps around on the mat quite a bit and loves it because it’s well cushioned. The mat is bigger than a standard yoga mat which is why you want it. It is nice and thick and soft. Comes with a carry case. Only critic is the bag is part fully fabric and part mesh - the mat can get caught on the mesh when putting it into the bag so its a minor pain - the bag should be all solid fabric with no mesh.

Look, I love this mat. It doesn’t move on carpeted floor, not even during high intensity workouts with hundreds of burpees etc.It’s soft enough to protect wrists and joints when jumping around like a maniac, whilst also firm enough to provide a good base when lifting weights etc.Finally, it’s longer and wider than normal mats, allowing you to vary the position of your pushups from narrow to wide, as well as do plank jacks and jumping jacks…this mat is perfect.

Great mat. Large and well made with dual density foam. Only improvement would be for it to come with a strap to keep it closed.

Love how this mat is long enough for a tall person!Nice thickness and lovely blue colour.Comes with a band carry strap, easily roll and put away.Would definitely recommend for tall people that need that extra bit of length when stretching.Have used for weight exercises and stretching.It's reversible too!Has a nice grip on the mat.Has a slight rubber smell but not awful smell. And have noticed this less the more I have used it.Arrived in excellent condition.
