For the price I recieved only one kind type 16 needles and only 6 counts head

The product looks ok but there are only 3 types of cartridges. I bought it specifically for the variety of cartridges listed in the description but in the box, there are only 16-pin, 24-pin, and 36-pin. There are no 11-pin or nano-round cartridges.

I was recommended this micro needling pen by a friend and was apprehensive on its effectiveness and ease of use. ive used it 3 times so far and can say with 100% certainty I'm very happy with my purchase. the adjustable strength is great to allow me to change the intensity as i use it on my face. it comes with multiple cartridges so is very cost effective as well. definitely a must try in my opinion if you want a great product that gives great skin texture without going to an expensive clinic or aestheticians. highly recommend ‹

I love this pen! It has completely changed how I micro needle. No more going to expensive clinics for needling. I can now do it at home on a regular basis and get the same results.
