I would much rather just wear big roomy slippers. Most of the day I never know if my feet will be swelling up or not. It is easier and more comfortable to wear slippers. And, hard to find shoes I can put on. These are the first I can wear any time I need to go out. I started walking a month ago and needed shoes. These fit great anytime of day. I went up one size (I normally wear 7.5 but that was before having this swelling regularly). I will order the 8.5 Wide again. The roomy toe box has been amazing. Now I see why I love the slippers so much. The adjustable Velcro strap can be moved when my feet are swollen or not. This is a great feature allowing me to wear shoes for foot protection when slippers aren't the best idea. The quality is a lot better than expected and I'll be ordering another color soon so I'll have two. I started walking five days a week for one mile to walk home from school with my grandchild. The shoes have been great!

I have a really hard time with my feet and with walking and keeping my balance. I have a size 8 and a half in another pair of shoes color beige, not the most prettiest pair, but they are the most comfortable. I feel so much more safer from falling. They are light, well made and I think it's the width that helps my balance. I wish there were more colors because I want to buy more, especially at the affordable price. I highly recommend this product But I need to wear a half size bigger to a size 9. So I need to exchange them.

Love these shoes! My right foot is unstable because of a childhood injury. I wear these shoes as slippers in the house. They help to keep me from tripping and they cushion the bottoms of my feet. They are safer than the slip-on slippers I was wearing. I wear them with socks to keep them from getting dirty or smelly inside. I also bought a pair for my 96 year-old mother-in-law to help keep her from falling. She likes them too.

I love the look and comfort of the actual shoe, but there is NO support at all in this shoe…may be able To wear around the house as a “slipper”, but no way I could wear it out walking around during active daily walking…I wanted to buy them in all colors 😢 so if u don’t need a lot of support….these are fine.

I got my dark blue ones today. I wear an 11w in women's. They were perfect. So soft, flexible, non-irritating on the inside, a good sole that is soft. Easy to fasten, and shoes stay secure. Plenty wide. The only thing I noticed was a bit of slippage on the heels. Perhaps socks would stop that. Also, I have a pronation on my left foot that tilts inward. This caused me to override the inside of the shoe on that foot on the inside. I could feel where the joint of sole to shoe was landing under my foot. I put in two inserts with small arches from another pair of shoes and that fixed it. I just ordered a pair of inserts, too, so I can put them in another pair of shoes I have that doesn't have much support. I love these shoes, but just keep in mind you may need inserts if you have pronation or other issues. They are cute, and don't look like duck shoes. Highly recommend.

Oh, my goodness, I love these shoes. They are truly wide enough for me. They are so comfortable to walk in, too. The Velcro makes the shoe so adjustable. I use them for church, walking and even parties because the are simple and fit in almost anywhere.

The size 9 was HUGE , like giant size, so I ordered the 8 and it fits with my AFO's. So if I didn't have AFOs, the 8 would've been too large. There's a lot of stretch -but good for airplane rides when feet swell. If trying to decide, choose smaller size.
