You get what you pay for
These were good for a few walks then the cord inside broke and had to throw away as unable to collapse them. Glued them into permanent upright stance but without cord it was useless. Ok for light walking but any serious distance over challenging terrain probably worth spending more for higher quality

Trekology trecking poles. 👍🏻
First impressions of these poles are good ,Nicely packaged and nice quality for the price.Bought these for trips outside of UK and needed something a bit more compact than my usual poles.For those reviewers who said and showed them loose and collapsing, pull them down until they click. Simple to extend and retract. I didn’t need to read the instructions to do that.Maybe some people needed an adult with them.As for long term. I’ll wait and see.

Walking poles
Order arrived promptly. The poles are what I was looking for. Easy to assemble and adjust to my height. They've made walking with an arthritic lower back and sciatic leg much more comfortable.
