Looks good, works great.
Well made. Does a good job of keeping liquids hot for hours. Still warm after 24 hours. I like that it holds a 12 cup carafe of coffee.

Built to last
I waited a few months before writing my review. I drink a lot of tea every day. I needed something that could keep the tea hot for a long time, hold the same amount as my electric water kettle, easy to open and look good on my kitchen counter. This coffee carafe fit the bill. I'm super impressed with how long the liquid stays hot. When dumping out the previous days tea, it's still piping hot. Don't waste your money on other dispensers like I did for years. This one is built to last!

Good carafe
Good Product. Exactly as expected. Hold a 12 cup pot of coffee easily. Best to pre heat with hot water before switching to coffee.

The best
This is the best carafe I’ve ever used. I bought it for work and after placing it in the fridge overnight the cider was still warm! Even after a long day it will still have steam when opened.

Heat retention not as advertised
This is a good "coffee pot", but keeping it hot for 36 hours is baloney. Amazon, you shouldn't allow that claim. I understand such a feat requires a full pot so I tried it with boiling water and a pre heated carafe. Barely luke warm before it got anywhere near 24 let alone 36 hours. We use ours in the morning and if we want another cup in the afternoon the microwave does the job. Otherwise a terrific pot so I gave it 4 stars. The 36 hour claim is just nonsense.
