Bad Experience
Product shown on Amazon is with MS office Professional Plus but when you get the laptop, it has scratch & MS Office can’t be installed. When you reach to Amazon, they ask you to call HP. HP says the product has no MS Office & Above all No Windows also. Amazon is clueless on next steps

Quick Warning : Can't be upgraded
So a quick warning as seller has conviniently missed to mention what type of RAM it is. This laptop has LPDDR rams i.e soldered. Unlike DIMMs you won't be able to replace / upgrade it.seller has just mentioned it as SDRAM. Who are they fooling. Second, the pic doesnt show that the laptop has ethernet port but the specifications section does. It doesn't have ethernet. Be careful with that. The SSD is replaceable. Display is mid. It's pretty dull, colours don't pop. And the matte style screen doesn't help. Overall laptop is ok. Pretty cheap compared to others with the specs it's offering. But I would have been willing to pay extra for ram upgradability.

Website Description says RAM slots available. However there is no RAM slot.
