Did not even get a chance to try it out. The packaging is terrible. Unit was dented and twisted and accessories where loose in box. Handle switch was apart but I got it to snap together. Would it have worked, don't know. Tig torch is very very cheaply made. Don't think it would last long. Unit looked very cheap though. Returned this unit and purchased another tig machine through Amazon.

I don't know about the durability yet, but I just used it for the first time. I ran a bead with my Miller 225 set at 100A on 3/16 inch angle using 3/32 inch 6013 rod. Weld quality on AC was marginally good. Then I tried the Tosense set to the same AC amperage. The new technology made a big difference. bead quality was smooth and beautiful. I hope this machine lasts a long time because I like the performance
