Best Mop in the market!
Love love love my first ever Mova! I didnt thought I will ever switch to different mop&vacuum brand until i gave it a try and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Very quiet when cleaning unlike my previous mop/vac. Very precise in cleaning and mopping and the suction power is truly great! Amazed that it washes and dry the kopping pads by itself, bery low maintenance and my floor is not sticky after it cleans. Very easy to use and mapping feature is on point! Literally value for your buck! Very easy to control via the mova app and functionality is fabulous!!! Hopefully I can get my send mova for our upper floor.

Great vacuum/mop robot for the price with so many features!
I have to admit it took me a few weeks to decide to get the Mova P50 Ultra. There are so many robot options to choose from and the prices flucuate from day to day and the newer robots have less reviews and a lot of the videos posted are promos and.. AHHH! This was harder decision than purchasing a car! The broken wheel reviews made me hesitate even longer in buying it, but the P50 had been my top contender and when it went on sale I bought it and figured if I did have wheel issues I would return it. Luckily I did not and have not so far!(knock on hardwood floors). I'm happy I got it! My Apartment I have three free roaming pet rabbits, mostly hardwood floors in all rooms except the kitchen which is tile and the bathroom(which I clean with a mop). I sweep alot because of bunny hay, hair, and poop. Luckily their poop is super easy to sweep up. :) I've been using a vacuum only robot for the past three or four years and it worked well vacuuming but since I have mostly hard wood floors I wanted a robot that could do both. Mova P50 Ultra does both and pretty well too! Pros: It seems to both a great job and vacuuming and mopping. I haven't had any issues with the bunny hair getting tangled on the brush and unlike the previous vacuum only robot I was using, the entire contents of the dust bin in the robot dump into the dust bag in the base! The old one I'd always have to open up the robot and unclog it. The mop works well for maintance mopping. If you have filthy dirty floors you haven't cleaned in forever I recommend taking a hand held mop and cleaning them first. Once you have clean floors, the MP50 does a great job at maintaining them. You can run a mop/vacuum at the same time sequence or a vacuum and mop separately sequence! One of the main reason I wanted the P50 was that I can have the robot automatically leave the mops in the base and do a full vacuum run and then come back, dump the debris in the back, automatially re-attach the mop pads and prep them and then mop only the floor areas! When it's done doing that it will go back to the base, clean the mop pads with hot water and them dry them with warm air! You can also leave the mop pads attached and have it just vacuum if you want. It will raise the mop pads up when it's on carpet. I prefer to have them detached when vacuuming because when the bunnies are molting the hair is all over. The P50 also has a camera, light, and remote option where you can drive it around and see what your pets are doing. It also records while cleaning records items if you want and marks what they are on the History map if they are an obstruction and what type. For example, it will take picture of wires, pet poops, your pet, sneakers/shoes etc and flag them on the map with a viewable photo It knew a single tiny bunny poop was "pet feces" and marked it! It took a pictures of my two of my rabbits checking it out as i cleaned as well. The app has MANY features and I'm still getting used to what settings work best for my cleanings. One issued I've had is when I had Obstace Avoidance turned on it didn't want to go through this narrow spot I have from getting from one room to the other. The space is about maybe 15 inches and there is a pet cage on one side and a fan on the other. It flagged those as obstructions because it's so narrow. I can turn off obstacle avoidance and it goes through just fine. I can turn it on again as it passes that point as well. The app and firmware seem to be updated regularly and they seem to fix any bugs that pop up. Their customer support has always been quick to respond if I've had any questions via email so that's a plus! Cons: So far so good. I've held off reviewing the P50 because I wanted to run it through different task before I gave my opinion. The only issue I've had is with the obstacle avoidance and that can be turned on/off. I think it may make the robot a little too cautious when on, but as I've said you can turn it on/off on the fly so that's not really an issue in the end. I really have nothing to complain about honestly! For the price, features, and performance I've experienced so far I defintely recommend the Mova P50 Ultra! It's a big upgrade from my previous vacuum only robot and hopefully make my life a little less hectic in trying to clean the floors and carpet with my bunny family. :)

Worth the money. It's spectacular
It's spectacular. So quiet I can run it while watching tv. So quiet it doesn't upset the cat. Does a great job cleaning then empties itself and cleans its mop heads all automatically. Avoids obstacles like cords. Maps out the apartment perfectly. App is easy to use. I didn't think I'd want mopping until I emptied the dirty water tank and saw how much dirt it was mopping up. This is my first experience with robovacs. I tried a highly rated $120 Uninell UR1 first to try to save money. It was terrible despite virtually all five star reviews. Bumping into things. Getting hung up on power cords. Didn't map the apartment accurately at all. I sent it back. It seems like your choices are, broadly: $100 - navigates by bumping into things, can't map, can't avoid cords $200 - LIDAR only. I haven't tried one but I suspect it can map but can't avoid cords $400 - LIDAR plus Camera/AI to avoid obstacles like cords So I'd suggest not being cheap, spending the money and going for this unit or something like it. You can clear some obstacles, like shoes. But you really can't put all the power cords away. You need a robovac that can deal with them. The P10 was highly recommended by someone on r/RobotVacuums on reddit, which is how I found it. I know it seems expensive but it's a bargain considering its premium feature set. Well worth the money. I don't think you'll be happy with anything less. Oh, my use case is an 825 sqft apartment, all hardwood parquet floors plus linoleum tile kitchen. One kitty who sheds and likes to kick and track kitty litter everywhere.

It only lasts 6 months, customer service is appalling, and the 3 year warranty is worthless.
I bought the Mova P10 Ultra 6 months ago. The reviews were fantastic, it was a great price, and above all, I was attracted to the 3 year warranty that MOVA offered. It worked superbly right of the box, did everything MOVA promised, and had loads of features. We were very happy. ...... until 6 months later. The mop pads would repeatedly fall off their magnetic mounts, preventing it from cleaning. Very annoying when you've left it to work away, only to find it failed when you got home. Then I noticed that the mops weren't getting cleaned, and that it wasn't receiving any water from the base station, or sending dirty water back to it. I'm quite meticulous in keeping things in good condition, and it had been regularly cleaned, and we often used the cleaning function, so it couldn't have been any build up of dirt that was blocking the water. Filters regularly replaced, tanks washed out etc etc. We take care of our things in our house. At the same time as the water supply failed, it then started going really haywire. The robot would try to leave the base station, but would only go around around in circles before crapping out. I contacted MOVA customer support that day by email. The next day, they told me to send it back to them for repair under warranty. All good, and they paid for shipping. Two weeks later, it was sent back to me. On opening the box, I discover that one of the base station lid hinges was completely broken. It was perfectly fine when I sent it in for repair. After properly setting it up on the app and in my house, I set it off. Only to find it had EXACTLY the same problem of moving around in tight circles, and failing to go anywhere further. An audio warning kept repeating that the wheels weren't on the ground, even though they clearly were (the vacuum cleaner does not levitate). I was very angry. Basically, it had been sent back to me damaged and in worse condition than I sent it to them for repair! I emailed customer service again, supplying videos and photos of the problem and asking for a replacement or refund. We have guests coming to stay this Christmas and we need it to work. We also run a pet training company, supplying pets for movies and TV, so you can imagine that we need to keep the floors clean daily. That was four days ago. And despite, phone calls, and numerous emails, I have had not one single reply. This is incredibly disappointing. Customer service has been appalling. Their repairs department send the cleaner back to you in need of more repair than was required on first sending it in, and clearly the three year warranty is absolutely worthless. I'm now going to choose between taking MOVA to the small claims court for a refund, or contacting AMEX whose card I used to pay for it, for a chargeback. AMEX are brilliant at doing this and then take the issue up on your behalf with the company. If the company don't cooperate, AMEX raises their credit card charges on every tranaction the company makes (I thoroughly recommend paying with AMEX). Mova, you're a disgrace. I hope you're reading this review along with the many, many others I've left for you on YouTube, review sites and your social media pages. For potential customers, I have no doubt you'll find this robot really great out of the box. But there are no other reviews out there except this one, that will give you an opinion on the longevity of this product. The truth is, from my experience, their products are substandard and do not last. Customer service are of no help at all, and the 3 year warranty means absolutely nothing. If you're happy replacing it every 6 months, then this is the vacuum cleaner for you. Personally, I'd spend more on getting a better brand cleaner that will last longer and thus be much cheaper in the long run. See my video and photo and make your own opinion. Do not buy. Avoid. And run for the hills. Shame on you MOVA.

Great little helper with our floors - see update
We've had this for about a week and so far it's been really good. We have mostly Pergo floors with a couple large area rugs in the parts of the house we want it to clean, and it figured out where the rugs were and where the hard floor is, so it lifts the mops accordingly and no problems there. The air filter in the vacuum unit itself needed cleaning in less than a week - catches very fine dust, like pet dander. The filter can be washed in water and re-used once thoroughly dry. The mop function works pretty well also. We did have some muddy dog tracks that dried on the floor and while it took some of it out, we needed up having to manually clean that mess to get it completely up off the floor (see pics). One can't expect this thing to do heavy maintenance like that - it's more of a daily cleaner to pick up normal bits that find their way into the floor. But the mops tried. The app is pretty good although it took a bit to get used to. You need to really study the machine and what it can and can't do, then figure the best way to tell that to the app. It's not difficult, just unfamiliar as this is our first robovac. The initial mapping was fast and accurate, and cleaning afterwards was straightforward with few problems. It did run over a couple small cords on the floor in one area, but we just placed a virtual wall in that area as it doesn't really need daily cleaning there anyway. There is also an Apple Watch app which makes starting cleaning really convenient. It does talk to Siri, in case you were wondering. But we haven't found a way to place it in the Home app which isn't a big deal. We have two dogs and two floors, although we only use this on the upper floor of the house (lower floor is a finished, unoccupied basement). There's not enough traffic downstairs to need cleaning but a few times a year. No mechanical problems for us, so it seems sturdy enough for our use case. This, again, is also our very first robovac so it's been an interesting journey figuring it all out. All that said, we're tempted to buy the Pro Ultra because of the RGB camera and other new features. Buying this one at $500 was a deal, but at its current price of $740 and the Pro at $589 I'd say get the Pro. They both have the same suction and mop types, but again, the Pro Ultra has other new features that are attractive to us and probably worth the extra $90, even though this one does exactly what Mova says it will do. UPDATE: We are returning this one and getting the Pro model. Our P50 still does a decent job but tonight it ran over some dog poop and that was a horrible event to clean up after. The P50 Pro has that RGB camera that's supposed to detect such things and react accordingly so we're hoping that's the case. The Pro has some other features we like, like the no hair tangle brush (not that ours had a problem, really), leaving the mops at the dock when only vacuuming, spot cleaning and voice activation (without Siri or Alexa etc.) and a few more things that made it worth the extra $90 (we bought our P50 Ultra on sale for $500).

Overall good but
Let me start off by saying I bought two of these units for my multi level house. I think it’s a pretty decent product especially if you have just wood or carpet flooring. It cleans pretty well and not too randomly but I had to return the upstairs unit because it was scratching my tile flooring. The upstairs unit also seemed to sometimes clean randomly and get a little confused with my layout and furniture. I decided to keep the one downstairs because it vacuums and mops decently. It won’t replace having to mop yourself but it helps for sure. I will also say I like the apps ease of use and being to sequence what rooms it cleans first is pretty useful. I was also impressed by the upstairs units ability to find the stairs and automatically put a no go zone so it wouldn’t fall. The battery life is so so for a medium to larger sized home but I think if you have a home under 2500 sq ft you won’t notice. Overall I think it’s a good value bot with good features I’m just not happy about the scratches it left on my tile flooring upstairs. I could have put them as no go zones but they’re bathrooms and theres 3 of them so it becomes less helpful if it can’t vacuum or mop those areas so that’s why I’m returning one of them. Overall I’m relatively impressed for the price and features.

Efficient and customizable cleaning
This is a must have if you have hardwood flooring. Ive never had hardwood floors until just recently moving into a new home and the amount of dust that accumulates every day is insane. In the app, I am able to set the robot to vacuum the main areas of my house every other day in the middle of the night and set it to vacuum and mop in-between those days. It does a great job at getting everything. You can choose what level of suction to set the vacuum to according to what kind of messes you need sucked up. Has great power especially on its highest setting, easily picking up loose dog kibble and cereal. It fits perfectly next to my bakers rack turned coffee station. The automatic mapping feature got most of furniture on its own and everything else that it didn't account for I was able to easily set up in the app manually. It also works great on my carpeted areas as long as in the app you have the carpeted areas marked as being carpet. It doesn't get stuck on the thresholds like how I've read others do. Great purchase and so worth the money.

5/5 — Excellent Performance and Value
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Excellent Performance and Value I’ve been using the Mova P10 vacuum for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. For its price, the performance is outstanding. The suction power is strong enough to handle everything from daily dust to pet hair, and it transitions smoothly between hard floors and carpets without losing efficiency. The battery life is impressive I can clean multiple rooms on a single charge and the lightweight design makes it easy to maneuver, even in tight corners or under furniture. The dustbin is simple to empty, and the filtration system keeps the air noticeably fresher. I also appreciate how quiet it is compared to other vacuums I’ve owned. Overall, the Mova P10 offers a perfect balance of power, convenience, and affordability. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable cordless vacuum that gets the job done without any fuss.
