So I want to first address negative reviews by saying that this product might not be helpful for everyone.. but that doesn’t mean it won’t be helpful to you. There is just not one diet or supplement that fits all! Certain vitamins and herbs are not necessary for one but might be for another, so consider that while deciding whether or not to is product might be for you. I am someone who is overweight and struggling with body odor postpartum and needing to revitalize myself and improve my gut health, so I decided to try this and I don’t regret it at all. Actually, I found out that my aunt and uncle have been using this for years and they are extremely healthy, if not the healthiest folks in our family and they are close to being in their 60s. They’re out there helping with natural disasters in other states, living very active lives, and they are missionaries as well so they travel and are exposed to many different elements and atmospheres. Good health is vital! So I was super excited to receive this. And not only is it full of all the vitamins, minerals, herbs, pro/prebiotics and more that I need, but apparently it’s pineapple flavored.. say less. So! I was afraid to try it thinking that I would have explosive diarrhea or something but it hasn’t done that to me not one time. I tried it on its own with cold water and it was totally palatable! I’m kind of addicted to sugar too and it had a pleasant sweetness. I waited another day to try it again just to get my body a bit acclimated and honestly I feel like I didn’t even need to do that. It didn’t even give me gas or change my bowel movements as much as I thought it would. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. For example, I tried it on the go today while my husband drove in a long car ride and my AG1 drink was the only thing I would be having in my stomach for a while so I could see how well it worked. I had zero stomach upset and there was a moment where I felt a calmness come over me. I think it was the stress relieving adaptogens. I felt great. Did a quick Costco run and everything without having any bowel or stomach issues. And personally, I have figured out that I like to take a small container of coconut water and use that as the base for the drink and then I actually have a pineapple flavored liquid supplement that I add too and a couple drops of monk fruit sweetener. I drink it as fast as possible so it doesn’t get warm. It’s not that good warm. So yea! The one crazy thing that happened, which I think is a part of the detoxing process, is that my ph was thrown off. I think it had to do with my lymphatic system. I’ve been working on it. There was no other possible explanation. It’s still happening but at the same time, I’m feeling better, not as bloated, and not craving sugar like I normally do. I truly think this stuff is working. I also personally think that it should be a part of one’s daily routine ideally, but the price is absolutely way too steep for me to buy monthly. It is definitely packed with high quality ingredients tho, and I know that because I’ve studied them and I am really receptive and sensitive to changes in my body. I would absolutely consider repurchasing should they have a decent sale and I have nothing but positive things to say. It’s helping me become a healthier version of myself. Like, if you need a good kickstart on your health or weight loss journey, I think you should give this a try 100%. And this is coming from a very picky, critical person when it comes to food and any type of supplements. I don’t even do greens! But now I think they’re necessary. I forgot to add that it has improved my inflammation and skin tone.

IMHO, AG1 is the superior multi-vitamin and pre-and-pro biotic supplement. After a lot of label comparisons and general supplement reading/research, I keep coming back to AG1. It offers a better nutritional foundation than Huel and popular gummy supplements—especially if you add the AG d3+k2 drops (which are sold as a separate liquid for quality-protection purposes). AG1 has helped decrease my appetite (especially in the morning) and increase my energy. For me, it tastes best with 4oz of low-sugar orange juice and 4oz of water. Mixing it with orange juice also supports better absorption of creatine supplements. Fiber supplements should be taken at least 4 hours before or after AG1 to avoid bloating and interfering with its pre/probiotic gut benefits. Pro tip: if you’re unsure whether or not AG1 is right for you, or will work well with your current supplement regime, ask AI to evaluate your supplement strategy. AG1 is worth the money for those who want to invest in their health.

This is a good product, but expensive. I wish it tasted better!

The taste is something to get used to.It was suggested by a physician friend to help with healing of an open wound.

Do not buy. Terrible customer service. It was missing the AG1 scoop that you need to serve. I tried contacting the company and it directed me to a refund page. I began to fill it out then it stated no refund for this product but how can we help you. I selected missing item and it directed me to refund. You know what happened next. Run around. I contacted Amazon and explain what was happening. Amazon contacted AG1 directly and did a 3 way call. AG1 apologized for the missing AG1 scoop and said they will send me one within 2 days and will send me additional free items for the error.14 days later and still no scoop, no additional items and still no way to contact anyone for help. Only buy if you do not care if you do not receive everything you ordered and are okay with not being able to reach customer service for help. Now I am almost 2/3 finished with my AG1 powder because I had to guess how much I am supposed to take (don't know what an AG1 scoop is equivalent to). I am not feeling any difference but if by the time I make it to the end and if it does make me feel different I will not buy it again because part of my purchase is the backing of a company and this one does not provide the customer service. Save your $108 and buy something equivalent or better from another company.

This is a super easy way to get your veggies if you are super busy like me. Virtually no prep time at all if you get the starter kit with the mixer bottle. Just fill with water to your desired dilution and you're out the door in no time flat. Taste is not bad at all. I like to mix in a little cinnamon for added flavor pop. One thing you should know, it does include a probiotic in the mix - if this is a game changer then opt out. The only downside is that it is a little expensive - lets say compared to getting a variety of greens at the grocery store and blending your own morning drink. But I would argue it is well worth the price in the time it saves and storage it saves in your refrigerator/freezer. In addition, it dissolves very easily. I noticed a positive difference after about a month.

I received A scoop, a mixing container and 30 day supply of individual daily travel packs.my subscription. I was disappointed in the taste. I expected much more flavor. The taste is very plain. No flavor at all, which is what I would expect from green foods. Bland no flavor dissolves easily meaning no lumps or clumps of powder to break up. How ever being fair. I did feel a very nice relief in my stomach after taking this first thing when I woke. Then two hours later having my breakfast. I didn't feel gassy or stuffed after my meal. But I had to return the product. Third day in as soon as I consumed a dose, I began to get an itching sensation around my upper body and face. I wanted to make sure it was the AG1 , so I took nothing extra outside of tooth paste, mouth wash and my shower for three more days, I still itched. Went back to normal routine an still itched. After two weeks I stopped taking the AG1 and resumed my general health routine. No itching. None at all. So i emailed the company, explained my situation and they were very respectful and courteous. I was told to keep the product and disposed of it how ever I wished. My subscription was canceled and money refunded promptly. If nothing else I greatly respect their concern for my health and not giving me a hard time refunding my money. I wish it had worked for me.

Excellent! Makes you feel energized and focused! Great for intermittent fasting, No hunger during 24 hours of fasting! Taste is not bad, like pineapple juice, but not as sweet. Definitely recommend 👌
