Ok so first off I'd like to give this a 4 and a half star rating but they don't let you so I've stuck with 5 stars for these reasons... I've had this broom set a while now and it's mostly great. I bought it because I have fibromyalgia and find bending a real problem. It's great at picking up messes, hair, the hair remover comb is great especially when I have 2 and 4 legged hairy creatures here. It folds away and stands against the wall really well. It's light weight. I'm pleased with it. The only downside...the handles don't stay on, they constantly come off within seconds of sweeping, the metal poles also unscrew during use, although not as much as the handles. But I've found a solution...superglue! Problem solved 😌 Also the mini pan and brush are handy for my parrot messes and the cloth was a added bonus. All in all...I'm pleased with my purchase!

Arrived on time but very disappointed to receive a previously returned item, we initially thought the box had been torn during transport but upon fully opening the box the dustpan was half in a ripped plastic bag, other parts were also in a ripped plastic bag, so it was clear to see the bags had been opened but placed back into the box and returned, so this was a disappointment. The actual dustpan and brush, the handles come in 3 pieces so if you find it to long you can remove a piece to get it to the length that suits you, this is helpful if you are in a wheelchair. When using it the brush sweeps it sweeps everything and dustpan sits on the floor with no gaps allowing everything to be collected which is so nice as most dustpan leaves stuff behind, the fact you do not need to bend to clean up and the set you are using does a good job it just makes cleaning easier. The small size set my granddaughter uses but it could be kept for cleaning the sides of crumbs, so in itself is a handy little set. One downside is that when the dustpan is stood up the set does stand up, it needs to be lent on something or tucked into a small gap. The build quality and what you get I feel is good value

This is a Long handled Brush & Dustpan,great lightweight. But was broken i didn't realise this until i went to throw the box put and use it.But otherwise pleased with the purchase

Hand brush and pan is tiny looks like a child’s toy . Long handle brush and pan is very long so just had to remove one of the silver bars then was fine

Improve this: Perhaps one of the worst items I have ever purchased from Amazon. This item is so poor, it’s awoken me from under my rock and encouraged me to leave a rare review. The box has a Union Jack on it - which implies - it’s made in the UK. Yet the instructions and general writing shows this is clearly not. The dustpan and brush are flimsy, weak and pretty damn poor. The dustpan has a massive design flaw, as you can see in the images - it has a long indent with three holes in it. Which is carefully photoshopped on the product listing. Dust just falls into the indent and of course, through the holes. Within less than 20 minutes of receiving the item we returned it. It amazed me how many positive reviews this item has which Speaks for itself on the trustworthiness of Amazons review vetting process. Similar items are cheaper at major supermarkets and better quality. Avoid at all costs

Easy to assemble, extra length useful for cobwebs and reaching under bed.
