Great system! Arrived in great condition. Works great and having a blast with it. There was no books for it so I had to learn the controls the hard way but it is no big deal. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Received mine today. missing pad on headset, console was dented and had tape on the sides hiding more damage. couldn't get it to boot up and usb port wasnt able to hold the cord to the controller. very unhappy

Do not buy a refurbished PS4. It only gets one star because that’s the lowest in can go. Problems from the beginning. Wouldn’t recognize the external drive and /or had to reformat frequently. The headphones never worked worth a damn. The controller was twitchy and didn’t always reapond to button pushes the first time. After less than two weeks would only start in standby mode and wouldn’t recognize either the new or old controller. Only order if you are into frustration.
