I have had lots of these and they are just what I need. I used them in wellington boots and they are thin enough to not make the boot tight, but thick enough to give a bit of comfort. Easy to fit, just cut to size

They are ok but won't last very long, especially if your feeling are bad lol

Rubbish! And that's before I've got them into the shoe. No idea how they will perform. Very difficult to see the cut mark lines. You have to work out from the table which letter your shoe size corresponds to! You need to trim them in a good light as letters are same colour as insoles and material is difficult to cut. I thought it would not be easy when I opened the box and would have requested a refund but Amazon doesn't allow returns for health reasons. So, I thought, here goes but have not made a good job as you will see from the pic. My OH buys insoles regularly and agreed this one was not straightforward at all.
