Poor quality and leakage issue
The glass dispenser is not of good quality. There is continuous leakage from the tap/cap area, which makes it difficult to use and creates a mess. The fitting is loose and does not seal properly, so liquid keeps dripping even when it is closed. Overall, the product does not meet expectations and needs better quality control. Not satisfied with this purchase.

Looks beautiful, works perfectly — but the stand could be sturdier
I really love the look of this glass water dispenser — it adds such a nice touch to my kitchen counter. The glass jar itself feels thick and good quality, and the tap works perfectly. Even though it’s made of plastic, it’s surprisingly sturdy, tight, and doesn’t leak at all, which I really appreciate. The only downside is the stand. It looks nice but feels a bit flimsy once the jar is filled with water. I wish it were made of stronger material or had a more stable design to support the full weight. Overall, it’s a stylish and functional dispenser that works well for everyday use — just be careful when placing it on the stand!

Serves the Purpose
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The item is nice, and it is serving our purpose. initially we found small amount of leakages from the tap portion, it rectified when we tightened it properly. this item is better to buy along with stand which supports for the easy maintenance.

Really relaxed with the product
Tap quality is good. I got vexed by using pots with plastic tap. This review I’m writing immediately I fitted the tap. I will come back again after 1 month to give the review after using some period.

Don’t buy
The tap keeps leaking. I wished I read the reviews before purchase. Please go for another product, I am writing this review after using the product for four months and it’s pathetic on the tap front. Just keeps leaking

Glass is good but pipe is not good
Bought a 5 Ltr dispenser with stand. The glass quality is good with retro embossing but the pipe and its fitting is plastic coated with steel. Its not steel tap as described in the description. The stand is best and fits in. If you need to clean you have to remove the pipe. For refilling you have to use carry along with stand as due to pipe it cant be removed from stand.
