Elevates Bathtime
I'm more of a shower person. I also really like pools. I'm not so much into hot tubs, but I do like the occasional bubble bath. They make different versions of the jet spa. In reading through them, I opted for this one because it had a mat, which made the bubbles more uniform across the tub, it had multiple speeds, and a heating option. It also had an aromatherapy option, which I didn't care about, but a nice extra to have. So I'll start with the mat. I read some of the complaints about it not sticking properly. If your surface is smooth, it will. If your surface is textured, it really doesn't. I read how this one guy got a piece of plexiglass to attach the mat to. We just followed what he shared he did. Even though our tub surface is smooth, I liked the convenience of quickly being able to take it out and the ease of being able to use it in any tub, primarily the kid's tub. So thanks to that guy for that tip/solution. I mentioned the heater function. It's not going to turn your cool water hot, but when the heating function is on you can definitely feel the warmth. If you start with hot water, the overall heat will last longer. Even though I don't often take baths, when I do, I take long ones. When the water starts to get cold, I turn the hot water on and drain some cold water out. I've been doing that since I was a preteen and it's worked well all these years. This has 6 different speeds and comes with a remote that has a floating piece. On high, it's quite strong, so I only fill the water about 2/3rds the way up. Otherwise, you'll have a mess to mop or have to lay down a bunch of towels. Is it super quiet? No, but it's more like a relaxing hum that I stop noticing after a few minutes. Definitely nowhere near as loud as a hot tub. The kids absolutely love it. They would use it daily if we Iet them. My husband says it feels like a low impact massage and he uses it a couple of times a week. I have always been a 3 to 4 times a year bubble bath person, but I find myself using this once a week. That's shocking to me. It's relaxing and completely elevates my bubble baths while giving me a massage.

My Wife and I Love It
I've been considering a bubble massage mat for years and finally decided to give this one a try. First and foremost, this bubble massage mat delivers as promised. On our first night using it, my wife and I stayed in the tub for two hours without even noticing. Now she has plans to use it without me, now that she knows how it works. I approached this purchase with cautious optimism, ignoring negative reviews and choosing to try it for myself. I was skeptical—how could air possibly replicate the feeling of a jacuzzi? But let me tell you, once you set it up and turn on the low bubbles, the sensation is surprisingly similar to a real hot tub. Using the remote and cranking it up to high takes it even further—the bubbles are powerful enough to move your limbs and provide an invigorating massage. If your water level is high, expect some splashing over the sides—yes, it’s that strong. We absolutely love it, and best of all, we didn’t have to shell out $2,100+ for a jacuzzi bathtub, installation, and remodeling. Now, let's address some common complaints: - The mat doesn’t stick to textured tubs – If you look carefully at the product picture you will see the bubble matt floating near the bathtub model's feet thus it didn't stick for her either (smile). If your tub isn't smooth, this is true - it won't stick. The manufacturer provides plastic discs for adhesion, but I wasn’t keen on gluing anything to my tub. Instead, I bought a 3' x 17" piece of rigid plexiglass, cut out a section for the drain using a Dremel, and smoothed the edges using my food torch. Once the bubble massager is affixed to the plexiglass, my body weight keeps it in place—no floating. Problem solved, and I can remove it when I want a regular bath. - It’s too loud – Anyone familiar with a real hot tub knows that the motor, jets, and moving water create a noisy environment where you often have to speak louder. This machine produces more of a white noise effect. After a while, I didn’t even notice it, and compared to a traditional hot tub, it’s much quieter. - The water gets cold – We started with hot water, so cooling took quite a while. Also, your body adjusts to temperature over time. For the whiney people, this is not rocket science, if the water cools, just drain some out and top off the tub with hot water—problem solved. - The heater doesn’t work – The heating element does its job—you can feel warm air coming through the tube, and the tube itself becomes hot to the touch. When the bubbles were on high, I actually had to dial back the heat because it made my back sting (we started with hot water). However, it’s not strong enough to turn lukewarm water into a hot bath—start with hot water for the best experience. - The discs are uncomfortable – After about an hour and a half, I started feeling them. Again, for the extra picky people, this is not a MCAT exam, simply shift your position, place a towel over the mat, or use a long bathtub pillow. Simple. - The air tube connection broke – The connections are plastic, so I was mindful to avoid kicking or hitting them. Handle it with care when attaching and detaching. My wife and I are hot tub enthusiasts, always preferring hotels with hot tubs and heated pools. Sometimes, we've even skipped staying at places that didn’t have one. This bubble massager is a game-changer—it means we can have a hot tub experience anywhere as long as there is a tub! It packs neatly into a small box, making it travel-friendly. How long will it last? I have no idea. But I do know that we’ve run it for over two hours and absolutely loved every minute of it. With LIFX lights set to dark blue, four candles lit around the tub, and a little bubble bath, our ordinary bathtub transformed into an oasis of serenity, bubbling water, and pure relaxation. Honestly, you can spend $130 on a nice dinner that lasts only one night—why not invest in something that brings relaxation over and over? That is my 2 cents worth.

Not worth the money
Worst ever. Does not stick to the bottom of the tub even with the stick things they send you to put in your tub. The heat mood only heats the very bottom of the mat but enough to burn your leg if left there. The rest blows cold air causing water to get cold quickly. Mat is super uncomfortable. Should of returned it.

Fun and relaxing
My whole family loves it as originally bought for myself to help add another level of relaxation to my baths which is certainly does, but my kids also enjoy having 'bubble' bath times now too. The great thing is that I can easily transfer from one bath to another as it attaches securely via suctions cups meaning I don't have to have it permanently installed. This also makes it easy for storage when not in use, although I have been leaving it in the bathtub currently. The air unit is very easy to operate where it is two on/off switches - one for bubbles, one for heat. I really like that you have the option to heat the bubbles as although this won't change/increase the bath water temp it stops it from cooling down too quickly if you only use just air bubbles as we've found with other machines in the past. It also comes with a useful remote control so you can adjust whilst in the bath without having to get out etc. Its non-slip so I am confident its safe to use and it does make some noise as you'd expect as its an air pump but its not so loud that you can't sit back and relax.

Same issue with plug, nowhere in description does it highlight it’s a 2 pin plug. Bought for husband for Christmas and he’s a little disappointed he can’t use it tonight. On the hunt now for a converter plug🧐

No option to leave zero stars, but that’s what this deserves. Within 30 seconds of being switched on, the product caught fire. My bathroom filled with smoke and the mat was left filled with soot. The fuse did not trip, so I had to urgently get out of the bath and switch the plug off myself. It was supplied with an American plug. After contacting Amazon customer service twice, I was reassured it was safe to use with a UK adaptor, which they provided. This advice was clearly dangerous. This product is extremely unsafe. I was considering letting my teenager use it first and am horrified at what could have happened. A frightening and unacceptable experience.

This item isnt suitable for uk power sources , even with an adapter. That isnt made clear at all . It should be clearly stated that it wont run on a uk power supply. Very disappointing after waiting over a month for it to arrive
