Picture quality is great, Was super easy to set up. Colors are amazing and accurate. Size is also a plus for my home gym. No flickering what so ever and the Bluetooth capabilities are so great to have for the surround sound speakers while your getting a working out in.

I bought this specially to use to listen to when I'm in my formal living room especially for Christmas music around this time of year. I opened it, set it up, tested it, and it seemed to work fine. I went in last night on Christmas Eve to sit by the tree and turned it on, and as you can see in the video, something went terribly wrong. This should not be happening the second time turning it on.

This monitor is great! It is capable of switching from a built in menu with live feeds, movies, tv shows, and through google voice, i can get local weather and local news snippets. It has a dedicated live streaming service app if you care about making content. The picture is clean with vibrant colors, with the monitor being much larger than my 27 inch one i had before Unfortunately i had problems with the resolution switching while using my desktop, causing it to freeze or outright restart my PC. I managed to find a workaround with my problems and i had a friendly KTC representative reach out and give me a partial refund due the problems i had and having to buy a display port cable. I am quite happy with the customer service.

I was a bit miffed at the overall quality of this product. Sure, you get the 4K definition, but at the cost of very small icons and text. It's very hard to read without my reading glasses. Secondly, and even more disconcerting, is the poor quality of the built in speakers. They sound very tinny and have no mid range or lower frequencies, making it sound like a 1960 transiter radio. (Remember those, you Baby Boomers?) If you buy this, you will definitely need some good computer or studio speakers. I had replaced my old Samsung TV monitor, which had great sounding speakers, with this KTC product. This may be cheaper than its counter parts, but you get what you pay for. I hope this was helpful.

Good tv. Does the job, only annoying part not sure if tv or remote but it’s very slow to react.

Had the product a whole 2 days now. I was skeptical because I didn't know much about KTC but I started digging in on places like reddit and for the most part saw alot of good reviews/comments. Glad I didn't go the samsung route like I almost did considering all the negative stuff i've been reading. Needed a 4K monitor but it was hard going through all the deals during cyber week and trying to make a decision. Out the box the A32Q8 smart monitor is great, but once I found a color profile online from a 3rd party & got it installed and calibrated to recommended local settings this thing looks great. The contrast really is amazing and so far I feel like I made the right decision on my first 4K monitor. This thing is awesome, the remote that comes w/ isn't just some cheapo either, it's convinent and feels better than my TV remote honestly. I am hoping this thing has some longevity - it's only been 2 days so if something happens I will come back and adjust this mini review but for now 5 stars. W/ the coupon a code I found this was a steal. The colors, size, everything you can do this smart monitor - you really can't go wrong. I am surprised i am not seeing more talk about this online. I am a bit confused why this product can't be found on the "KTC official" website & why I had to get a color profile from a 3rd party website that reviews monitors but so far thats my only gripe. No dead pixels from what I can see and the monitor was safely packaged. I do have a gripe w/ amazon for not being on time w/ delivery and then telling me it was a signature delivery then a driver shows up talking about a password I had no idea what he was talking about nor could I find it.. Driver had to leave because of that and I had to call customer service.. very annoying.. not happy about that. But that's on Amazon not the seller.

I purchased this monitor (A32Q8) during the black Friday sales and it was great because it satisfied a lot of my requirements including USB-C charging, 4k, a large screen and also coming with an integrated smart TV and remote which allowed it to double as a bedroom television. Upon purchase the product looked great and functioned like it was supposed to. Unfortunately it had a couple of dead pixels, after doing a pixel test so I decided to return the product and get a replacement - thinking this would be a one off issue. Unfortunately this was not the case and the second monitor I received had several locations with dead pixels. A real disappointment, suggesting that a monitor with all of these features at this price point is just too good to be true. I also decided to return this monitor as I feel that these monitors are definitely not going through any QC process before they are reaching the consumer, and who knows whether it will last. Considering this is one of KTC's newest monitors released recently, I would have hoped for a little more care in their products. I guess I will have to go with a more popular brand to get a quality product!

Love my TV and it's on my wall in the bedroom when I don't feel like getting out of bed because I'm sick and I can watch it and it's very very sharp picture
