One of the ones was not recognised at 1st, but I spoke to the smart ink chat who sorted it straight away! This ink is almost a 10th of the price of HP so well worth it.

Great ink, I always buy these and they work perfectly.

Despite showing full capacity the magenta and yellow cartridges had initially failed to function in my HP Pro 6830 printer. The Black and Blue worked fine.After several attempts at removing and replacing the red and yellow cartridges they now are now working ok too so all is well!

There was a fault with two of the cartridges. Admittedly they are very cheap, so it was not completely surprising. Even so, we contacted customer service as the inserts in the packaging suggest. They were excellent and replaced the cartridges. All is now fine. So 5 stars for cheap ink that was sorted when there was a problem and now works satisfactorily.

I have recently installed Smart Ink on my HP6830 the message "non genuine HP ink cartridges detected" pops up which is expected and obvious however what i did not expect is when i tried to print colored documents colors were off ex: red comes out more like dark-ish pink , blue comes out a very light purple hence why i would not recommend this item !

Excellent. Perfect quality. Works great with my printer . Great value. Ink last a long time.. even better thank the original HP ink. Will buy again
