I was apprehensive about trying mouth tape as I thought it wouldn’t work for me.. I’m 67 and a lifelong mouth breathing sleeper (and snorer. )I would regularly wake needing to drink as my mouth was completely dry. I’ve been using these for three days now and love them. It’s immediately transformed my sleep and they are strangely comforting . I have sensitive skin and have not had any reaction to the adhesive .I can take it off during the night and stick it back on again if needed. They are stretchy and you can get air through the fabric so I don’t feel at all claustrophobic when wearing one.

I have used a lot of different of tapes in the past, even tapes that were not designed for mouth taping, This product is the best I’ve ever used . Positioning the tape is crucial. In my opinion it’s not good to just tape the whole mouth, like a giant plaster over the whole mouth As someone who suffers from sleep apnea and coughs ,sneezes and chokes all night . I tried every position of tape possible ,I’ve found over the last 4 years, it’s best to use a piece of tape 1 inch wide by 1.5 inch long and tape it in the vertical way ( not horizontal) so it’s like an overgrown 1 inch wide moustache hanging down That way the sides are not taped down and any excessive saliva or mouth deposits can easily escape from sides . And in an emergency you can slip you finger in the side access to pull off tape . A lot of tapes are too sticky and hard to peel off. This product is perfect. Not only that. I found I can cut them in half at the centre point. And use half only. So I get double the use ( very cost affective) Excellent

I ran out of my previous, cheaper ones, bought from another site, and decided I'd try these ones. What made me choose these was the idea of them being bamboo and kinder to the environment. I can't say the same for my skin! There's far too much sticky stuff on these, half of which remains on my face when I remove them in the mornings. They're also painful to take off, fast or slow. I guess if you want to wax your facial hair each morning, ripping them off is an added bonus! While they do the job of keeping my mouth closed to prevent snoring and a dry mouth during sleep, and they come in a handy tin, I really wouldn't recommend these. There are much better products out there. Be warned!

If your like me who wakes up with their throat feeling like sandpaper then this is perfect for you it forces you to breathe through your nose but don’t worry you won’t suffocate you can still breathe through your mouth It’s very comfortable and easy to apply and it honestly does the job the quality is good the tape doesn’t come of in the middle of the night like some other brands The only problem I see is that the glue is quite strong so when I wake up it hurts a little bit to take the tape off and some of it stays on your face and it’s hard to remove.

As I’ve got older I’ve developed a very load snore, so much so that I had been relegated to the spare bedroom as my wife was unable to Sleep. I’ve tried various ways to reduce the snoring including mouth guards, neck collars and a very expensive water bottle for training my tongue. I then came across nose breathing and the benefits of it. Having tried quite a few mouth tapes over the past few months this is by far the best. Good size and sticks well but allows air to pass through it if need be. It can be a little uncomfortable when removing but the benefits far outweigh a little discomfort. My snoring has greatly decreased (much to my wife’s relief) I’m waking up feeling much more refreshed and clear headed, It definitely has improved my sleep! One last thing, the strips come in a handy little tin.

The very strong glue made my mouth itch as soon as I put one on. The glue covers the whole thing. I thought it would just be round the edges. I feel rather foolish for buying these, but they may come in handy for fixing broken household items or bicycle tyres in the future. I like the tin, which I'm using for jewellery.

Update: I thought it being very sticky was due to the summer warmth, but since winter is here its still sticky & even peeling it off slowly on waking its painful mking skin red esp on top part of lip & the other week on taking it off slowly it caused my skin to bleed so have stopped using it OK. Th only good thing about it is the box. Have since tried> cheap MicroTape & its gentle and works fine with no issues. Mouth breathing is very transformative health wise, but you need to give it a good go with the right mouth tapes for you for at least 6 months to feel the benefits and deeper sleeps too.

Comfortable. Stays well. Stops snoring and I sleep much better.
