Great product! I had given my kids low dose melatonin for a while and wanted them to be able to stop taking it without any sleep disruption. I got this bc I know magnesium glycinate is super helpful with sleep, and it works great for me. Many magnesium supplements for kids are magnesium citrate which is more for helping kids poop more, I noticed!This supplement also contains an herbal blend which I am also familiar with. It has become the only sleep vitamin I give them, as it replaces morning vitamins with vitamin D and other important nutrients for healthy growth.

I don’t really write a review and I think in this item I purchased it is needed, to help other people since there’s only few have purchased this sleeping aid. This definitely works for my 5yr old daughter, I was skeptical at first because there is not much people have tried it yet when I bought it. I love that this gummies does not have melatonin and my daughter loves the taste. I can never make her eat any vitamins or medicine because she hates them. This makes it easy because it taste like regular gummies. I even try it for my self because I am really curious. After 30 minutes, I feel relax and sleep really good through the night and that is why I know it works. The effect of vitamins to my daughter was the same, it is not constantly but you will really notice the effectiveness for 30mins-1hr. It will calm her down and then she will start feeling groggy then fall asleep without any fight. It might work for my daughter and myself but might not for you, everyone reacts different on a certain things. We are about to get our next shipment.

These gummies are a gentle and nutritious way to get your littles to settle down and fall to sleep fast. The ingredients are so good for them too!

Helped to wean my children off of melatonin and this works even better! We appreciate it’s natural and gives them magnesium which we are all deficient in. One of neurodivergent and this helps slow her mind down and gives good rest.

My 2 (almost 3 year old) daughter has the most difficult time falling asleep. We tried a different melatonin free brand and it didn’t work at all. Switched to this brand and she falls asleep as soon as her head hits the pillow!! Love that it’s helping her get the rest she needs

My entire family likes these and we find they help with sleep, I just think the price point is a bit high.

Highly recommend, didn't want to use melatonin so tried these as an alternative for my 3-year-old. It settles her down and Shes ready for bed within a half hour and wakes up in the morning alert and in a good mood.

Works great! My daughter takes one every evening and within 30-40 minutes she is ready for bed! I swear by these!
