When this arrived I was disappointed with the package, it seemed to be small dull cardboard so I put off reviewing it as it didn't excite me. On opening to review it I didn't change my first impressions. You receive: 1. A banner you make yourself using a plastic needle to thread the cardboard letters onto a provided curling ribbon to say "Back to the 80s". The individual letters measure 19.3cm x 13.7cm as stated on the sales description. The cardboard letters are dull in colour and are single sided so you can't hang it where it can be seen from the back. 2. 10 metallic ceiling swirls, 2 silver, 2 red, 2 turquoise, 2 yellow, 2 green. These are max 14.5cm diameter, appearing to be standard in size and appearance compared to other such swirls I have previously tested. 3. 10 cardboard decorations to be hung from the swirls. These are dull finish although are printed double sided. Whilst I consider them to be small most measured as per the sales description. 4. Plastic tags to attach the decorations to the swirls. I found the decorations to hang on the swirls to be too small and dull, that coupled with the dullness and single sided printing of the banner puts me off using it and makes it poor value for me.
