I have not slept all might in over 20 years. It’s been less than a week and so much has changed within my body. Before taking these vitamins I would eat throughout the day and just get extremely sleepy in the middle of the day, that stopped. I’m up all day now. T.M.I but I had a vag odor that I’ve been going to the doctors about for over 10 years , that stopped. My doctor is horrible so I have to self diagnose myself as premenopausal and that’s where the odor might’ve come from. These vitamins gave me my normal back. I take 1 per day and it’s been great. I will be ordering a couple more to hold me over for a year or two. I hope this review help someone because I know I’ve been looking for something like this for a very long time.

Excellent value! I have been using a product that was 4x as much for much less product. I highly recommend this product as it has 10 different magnesium types and one is chelated to aid in absorption. Pair with vitamin C and it’s a stellar combination.

This is my second bottle I have got. I struggled for years trying to get my magnesium levels right. This is the first time I found the right combination. I have extreme restless leg syndrome and insomnia. Almost from day one my RLS improved immediately. It works best for me if I take it several hours before bed. Seriously the best it's been in years.
