This is the first supplement I have used that has not had any negative effect on my baby and has increased my supply substantially. I wish I had found this with my first child, j definitely would have been able to breastfeed much longer. This is a game changer. I take it 1-2 a day now, started by taking it about 4 for a couple weeks and saw my supply increase by 3-6 ounces a day. This was a huge help when I transitioned to exclusively pumping due to reflux issues with my baby around 4 months post partum. I now store away up to 10 extra ounces a day and I still exclusively pump. The pills have no taste, easy to swallow. I am on my second bottle and will continue to use until I am ready to end by breastfeeding journey. Great quality and work great!

After a brief sickness, i noted a marked decline in my milk production, at just shy of 3 months postpartum. I am so thankful that a friend told me about this product. I noticed a difference after about 4 hours of taking my first capsule. I now take one capsule, twice daily and that has been enough to keep me very productive! I'm hoping that one bottle will be enough to keep things running smoothly. I did not notice any ill effects.

I was struggling with my supply for first 2-3 weeks. I heard about moringa and decided to give it a shot. It says to take 4-6 per day but I was cautious and decided to start with just one. I NOTICED A DIFFERENCE THE VERY NEXT DAY. I cried when I pumped and saw the amount. I finally was able to stop supplementing with formula and now baby is almost 2mo, thrivng, and I only pump when Im not breastfeeding. And I have a nice freezer stash.

This has increased my milk supply so that I don’t have to rely on formula for my baby. I’ve been taking 2-3 pills a day since 2 mo postpartum.

Noticed an increase in milk production by atleast 1-2oz in addition to upping my calorie intake.

Did not affect my milk supply

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Instead of increasing my milk supply this product decreased my milk supply drastically. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK, don’t waste your money on it. They also won’t let me return it because I used it already. I had to use it to try it but I bought the 3 pack (thinking it would work) and I have two I haven’t opened. So disappointing.

Breastfeeding moms, GO BUY THESE RIGHT NOW! They really do work to increase your supply, and they did not affect my baby at all. Some supplements contain ingredients that increase your supply but can cause gas in your baby-- these ones do not! It take a few days of regularly taking them to notice a change in your supply and you do need to stay consistent. But I definitely notice a difference when taking these. They were recommended to me by my professional Lactation Consultant so I trust the brand.
