UPDATE: Upon reading my review the seller reached out to me and was so very attentive to my issues and offering resolution that I would most definitely order from them through Amazon again. I did however decline their generous resolution due to the fact that I purchased the watch 6 months ago and it is still a very pretty watch that looks as good today as the day I received it. I'm just more mindful of sounds because the last thing I want do is lose it. It truly is a very classy watch.While you can't tell from my poor photos, the screen quality is fantastic and this watch is loaded with bling!Very pretty watch but I didn't take to it right away. I felt like it was too bulky and wasn't sure I liked the band, but I've really come to like the watch. The extra band looks silly because it's a rather generic sports band and doesn't go with a rhinestone dial at all. No biggy, I just don't change the band out. I do have to charge the watch every couple of days while my other watch has a battery life of about 10-14 days. Unfortunately I've had the watch fall off of my wrist without warning a couple times, and most recently the pin came out and it fell off once again but pins can be put back in and fortunately there was no damage to the watch itself.It's easy to set up. I've never had a problem with connectivity, I absolutely love the dial features. I've worn it frequently over the past few months and haven't lost any rhinestones. As I've mentioned, I wish the battery life was longer. In all, it grew on me, which is good because it was one of those rare times it couldn't be easily returned without a charge.

Beautiful watch, the latch can be a little tricky for older fingers, easy to see, lots of different faces to choose from, good options.

This was a real hit with my daughter. It is truly a smart watch. It is rather large, but it has to be for all the things it can do. The only thing that holds me back from giving it 5 stars is the lack of instructions. Those are printed in VERY tiny print in many different languages and not much help. The first thing that has to be done is to pair it with your smart phone, but some of the settings are in centimeters and kilometers with no instructions as to how to change them to pounds and inches/feet. Great product if it had better instructions for initial use.

Got my watch yesterday it's beautiful and elegant. However, my text messages rarely come in through the watch and when they do it only vibrates I have up the volume on the phone (there is no volume on watch settings) nothing. I'm very disappointed 😔

I ABSOLUTELY love this watch!!! It is beautiful in person. It can do so many things. I have not taken if off since I got it. I have had it about 7 weeks at this point. People don't realize it is a smart watch because it is so pretty. If you like chunky with a little being you will love this watch and the set up was easy. Holds a good charge. And it has helped me keep track on my health journey.

Beautiful watch, loved the fact I could change the face, but was unable to keep a charge for long, then unable to charge at all.

Messages can only be displayed and can not be responded to. Easy to set up and it came with a neat tool to remove links easily. The look was very fashionable but the functionally left a lot to be desired.Edit: Customer service reached out and solved my problem of C to F setting as well as offered me a refund. They pointed out that display only of messages is standard for the non-$400 category of this watch which I did not realize.

Easy to use and as a good battery life. Definitely a value for money watch.
