I bought this Barbie Colour Reveal doll for my niece and it was a big hit! The price was great for a full-size Barbie with fun accessories. While the arms, legs, and feet don’t bend, the doll is still really nice quality and perfect for playtime. The colour reveal part was her favourite – she had so much fun uncovering the surprise. Definitely a great gift for any Barbie fan!

Daughter loves these. Great you toy to keep them entertained. We re use the plastic box to keep accessories in so they don’t get lost.

Bought as a present. The doll could be one of a variety of 4, as stated on the webpage. The doll received wasn't the same as the main promo picture one. It was one of the others, but the recipient was OK with that

My kids had a blast with this Barbie Color Reveal doll! The 6 surprises kept them entertained as they revealed the doll and its accessories, like the cool boots and metallic skirt. The colour-changing makeup with warm and cold water adds an extra layer of fun, and it’s something they can enjoy repeatedly. It’s a great gift for any Barbie fan!

There are four colour reveal Barbies in the disco series, I was sent the one pictured in the main product image, the one with the pink and blue hair, dressed in mostly in pink, but this might differ for others. The Barbie does come in a blind bag so you don’t know which one you have until you open it.The instructions are very straight forward and all you need to do is fill the tube the Barbie came in with warm water and dip the Barbie in for around two minutes. Soon as you mix the Barbie around in the water, it turns the water into a cloud which is a really nice affect and you can only see the reveal when you pull the Barbie out.The Barbie comes with four smaller blind bags which contain parts of the outfit accessories which is the hat, necklace, shoes and skirt. It states there are six surprises so guessing four are the accessorises, the colour change on Barbie main outfit and her make up slightly changes when in colder conditions.The doll is very well made and nice quality as you would except from the brand, it would make a really nice gift for a child or as a short fun activity to do with your child in an afternoon. I would say the Barbie’s outfit reminds me more of a cowgirl than a disco star and you’re mainly paying for the surprise element and outfit colour change experience.Only negative is, that there is no way to guarantee you will get the Barbie you want as it not stated on the packaging anywhere but all the dolls are very similar, so if you like outfit style it won't be an issue.

I bought this with my Barbie obsessed niece in mind, my initial impressions of the packaging were good, it's well designed and I'd expect nothing less from a Barbie.As for the actual play, my niece is best placed to comment but the instructions are super clear, it comes with a number of accessories, it's perfect for imaginative play

My granddaughter is Barbie mad and has a collection of the traditional Barbie dolls. The Colour Reveal dolls are a nice modern twist to the originals.The doll comes bagged in a tube, with four extra sealed bags containing the accessories, which is nice as this add to the unboxing experience. There are four different dolls to collect in the series, and we got sent the one with the reddy/pink and purple hair. I'm not sure if there is any way to tell on the outside of the tube which doll is inside before opening. I couldn't see any way of telling, so I guess it's pot luck as to which one you'll get.The doll is covered in silver body paint and the idea is to submerge her in water to 'reveal' her outfit. After a couple of minutes, the silver body paint fades and you're left with doll's painted on outfit.Each bag 'reveals' an accessory, a hat, boots, necklace and skirt. Dab some more cold water on her lips or use an ice cube to 'reveal' her lipstick painted lips.Suffice to say my granddaughter absolutely loved it, and her young, modern Barbie with the pink and purple hair has already moved into the Barbie Dreamhouse as a new house mate alongside my granddaughter's other Barbie dolls.

Super quality toy from Barbie. Comes with several accessories to really help enhance the imaginary play time! Our 8 year old daughter is still into her Barbies and loves playing families with them - this is a super addition to her sets. The surprise element adds some more fun to this but be prepared for the cleanup in the sink afterwards!Quality is a very high bar for Barbie and this one doesn't disappoint - materials are great, details on painting etc are super and the quality of the outfits are excellent. Well worth it!
