The cap that holds it in place is too small. Even after many times of trying and watching instructions

Awful, does work
Awful awful product. No instructions, not even a picture of how it should go together. The edges of the cane are sharp and dangerous. Can’t even return via Amazon drop off. Waste of money - avoid!
