Vintage Men Round Sunglasses Retro Sunglasses for Women Polarized Lens Acetate Material

TLDR: Buy them, high quality, classic, and even come with a nice hard (leather?) case.Update: added another picture for 3rd pair. "Tortoise vs. Green Lens" are actually yellow. The Amber is the light tortoise color. The darkest pair is called "Tortoise Color".These are solid, well-made, and slightly narrower than similar styles. These are the closest replacement I've found (I tried about 12 brands) to a matching Lands' End pair I bought in 1990 (when you could still purchase quality authentic "Preppy" stuff), which lasted 24 years before my ex-girlfriend borrowed them, and they "disappeared."I had an expensive pair of Fendi's in this style that were half the quality (I sold them as soon I received these glasses).I have a pair of Polo sunglasses (PH4151 - The Wimbledon version) similar to these that can cost between two and four times the cost (Depending on the day and the retailer), and these match the quality and don't look as big on my head.I originally bought these in the Tortoise with green lenses. I liked them so much that I bought a second pair in Amber with green lenses (Pictured for comparison, amber is the lighter color).The amber color is almost identical to the Ray-Ban ORIGINAL WAYFARER CLASSIC in Polished Striped Havana (Go to their direct website to see, ONLY look at the Original Wayfarer Classic, light Havana in other styles is much darker). If you want a third comparison beyond my pictures and the one on Amazon. The tortoise is a standard classic tortoise color.I can't recommend these enough. $150+ quality sunglasses at $40...I mean, it's a no-brainer...

My cousin showed up at a family event wearing these and I loved the style and asked him where he got them. He's a guy and I'm a girl with a tiny face, so I was surprised when I tried them on and they were a perfect fit, so ordered a pair. Wow--these are actually amazing and the price is nuts for polarized glasses. I have several pairs of expensive sunglasses, Maui Jim, Tom Ford, etc. and I reach for these first every time. They fit beautifully, have crystal clear lenses, look fabulous and are super comfortable to wear for long periods of time without pinching my ears or sliding down my face. If you have a large face, they may be too small for you--my husband also liked them, but they were way too small for him.

I just got these sunglasses today. I've never ordered sunglasses online before, so I was very hesitant that following the reviews would be enough to get what I was looking for. I LOVE these sunglasses. They fit perfectly, and do not hurt my ears (though that could have been adjusted, if necessary). They are very fashionable, and the lenses are very dark, which was important to me, because I live in a very sunny area and my eyes are sensitive to the sun. The frame is extremely well made, and looks much more expensive than what I paid. The lens frame is large, but not too large. I'm always worried about glasses touching my cheeks when I talk or smile. They do not. The top of the frame is more flat than the bottom, which allows them to not be too high on my face, either. You can see some of my eyebrow, which is something else I look for. The perfect sunglasses. And for that reason I am back today to buy another pair before I never see these again. BTW, I think I have a large face, and these look good.

The sun glasses look great. The lenses seam to be of very high quality. One of the main issues I have is with the hinges. They appear to be of the standard / barrel type hinge. They do allow for any movement past 90°. Unlike standard or barrel hinges, spring/flex eyeglass hinges come with an attached spring that allows them to bend past ninety degrees. I’m worried that over time the they are going to snap. The second problem is the clear acetate frames tend to give off a flair of colored light, depending on what’s driving by.Excellent hard case and soft draw string case are included. SL

I love these and had them going on 5 years now. I'd honestly like another pair of the same color but they're unavailable atm. I really hope that maker makes these available again.

Arrived and right out of the box they are slightly bent. One arm higher than the other meaning they sit crooked on my face. This is very disappointing, you expect a new product to have gone through some degree of quality inspection. The item was so well packaged that I can only surmise this is how they left the factory. They are nice looking glasses but it really irks me that I had to "fix" a brand new purchase. So three stars for looks, packaging and case. But for quality control no stars! How hard is it to open glasses and sit on table if one arm sits up off table they are crooked, fix it!!!!

As a pair of glasses for sunny day, it protects my eyes from the sun and fits me very well. More importantly, I like the style of the glasses. When I first wear this pair, my family began to tell me it looks like I'm a little bit different from what I used to be, and all the difference it brought to me really didn’t cost me as much as they expected. Haha, that's what I want, I mean, I may have tried such product earlier. Besides, the case is solid and handy, so I don't need to worry if glasses will be scratched by my child or something sharp or unconsciously. The glasses plus case are not so heavy or inconvenient to carry when I have to take care of some luggage in the trip. I’m not so good at choose accessories without others’ advice, that’s why it took some time for me to search online and finally decided to try this pair. I once wondered how necessary for me to buy a pair with a case, it seems that I made a right choice.
