Stripped out the gear first time it was used.worthless

Gets stuck 3/4 of the way up.
Horrible. Hard to crank from day 1. It's only a month old and gets stuck 3/4 of the way up. Sometimes have to lower it and raise it multiple times to get it off the truck. The 1,000 lbs Reese jack that I had on prior was twice as easy to crank and never jammed.

cheaply built internally its junk metal.
I used this product probably only about 5-10 time jacking up my center console 24 ft boot on my dual axle trailer before my crank gears stripped. Cheap internal gears. less thank a couple of months old.This product is junk, stay away.

No grease fitting and no grease in the gears when delivered.
Piece of crap do not waste your money. Aside from above the wheel will not turn when pushing the trailer around on concrete or dirt. It will hang up and steer you into another direction.

Don’t buy
Turn gears started to break within a few months of very little use. Bottom portion completely fell out within a year of very little use. Jack is very hard to turn.
