This jacket is great. Its warn without the heat, fits great, comfortable and easy to use. It heats up fast and there are 2 batteries with it so I can always have one charged. Value for the price is great in my opinion. I do wish it stay on the top heat setting a little bit longer, but then again I may have it on high all day.

My husband got this for me as a gift. When he gave it to me I thought to myself. A coat! Then he explained to me that it is heated. He felt bad because he wasn't able to take care of the snow this winter. He was injured. So being thoughtful he decided he needed to keep me warm. That is exactly what this coat did. The battery is long lasting. Switches from high to just right automatically. Great feature. Conserves the battery. Simple to operate and even though it's lightweight it is very warm even without being powered up. It's also waterproof! I love it and am very thankful for my husband.

I'm so excited to try this coat as I live in Alaska. However I had to order it and have it shipped my mother's house in California well I was visiting her, because Amazon will not ship lithium batteries to Alaska. I'm looking forward to keeping warm this winter. I like the way it fits and feels and it hangs below my rear end to keep everything warm! It fit perfect extra large and true to size.

This jacket is wonderful. It’s a little fitted and not boxy. I am always bragging at how warm I am during evening ball games in the cold. The battery lasts a long time. Would definitely recommend this. And buy again.

Sizing:According the measurements a large would fit me. I did read some reviews that said to size down. I did that and bought a medium. Honestly I still have room. I can wear a sweater underneath but not necessary. I probably could have gotten a small. The coldest it's been is 25 degrees, I was ok with a shirt and the jacket. I thought maybe I still need to layer but no, I had to take my sweater off because it was too hot.Battery:It came with two battery packs but only one is needed at a time. Its nice to have a second one on hand when the battery dies. Not super heavy, feels like you have a lightweight phone in your pocket. The first day I used the jacket 4 -5 hours non stop on high. Then the battery died. The next day I used it on high but after like half hour I turn it off or down and just turn it back on as needed an lasted about 8 hours.Only have had a week but so far it's been a life saver. Very happy with my purchase.

This was given to me as a gift from my husband for my birthday. I wore it for the first time on Halloween night, it was 50° out, but I thought I would try it out before the winter hit it. I am beyond sad to it did not heat up! This was supposed to keep me warm this winter while on my lunch break walks. Went to return it and the return window closed 10/29! Not only do we not get our money back but I’m stuck with a defective, useless birthday gift.

Love the jacket, but they did not send the battery pack so it is no use to me.

Bought for a motorcycle ride to the mountains. It is so warm, I had to turn the heat down to low. Best purchase I’ve made yet for the bike.5’3 129. Size medium gives enough room for sweater/sweatshirt.
