It puts out a good red light glow and I can see that it will have benefits. I am a regular red light user at the spa I go to.However, I didn’t look at the materials used for this thing and I’m highly disappointed. It’s not only made of plastic, but it’s a very very light weight, cheap plastic. Sort of the consistency of a paper egg carton.This thing is worth 30 bucks. I cannot see it lasting long. It will easily break. It’s so fragile. The stand is metal. But that’s it.So I’ll be taking this back and doing more research.If this thing will easily topple over since it’s literally as light as paper. No thanks. Things are made so cheap nowadays and this one is a new low.

This came really well packaged. I am giving it a four stars because it didn’t have any directions on how to put it together. It just showed the pieces that came in the box. I was able to put it to together in about seven minutes. It works really well. I like the adjustable arm the glasses in the sun goggles. It comes with are really nice. It’s easy to turn on and off by a switch on the cord. I keep it next to my bed and I have been using it for 10 minutes a day. It comes with a stand so you can use it on your desk as well.

Metal stand is reasonably sturdy but crooked.LED housing is a little flimsy. The swivel mount on the back spins and gets loose on the inside of the housing.Lamp is not particularly strong power. I used it for extended durations without skin irritation.It helped a bit with wrist tendinitis. Didn’t do much of anything for a sprained thumb.As far as skin benefits, it actually made white wrinkle lines show up more on my hand.See my right hand in the pic.
