Really nice foundation
Really nice coverage which is buildable. Gives a nice glow not too matt and not wet looking. Helps on my more mature skin

OMG this makeup is fab.
Fab makeup. I love love this. I don't know how I did it but I got the colour right on the first go. I'm defo a cool toned person. The texture of this makeup is lovely. Reminds me of the v expensive Shiseido foundation I bought but this one does not slide off my face. lol. This is great for older skin , it does not have too much coverage. Medium is correct, but it is buildable.

Disappointed
Expected better from such a reputable brand. The fair is extremely pale so for a start I picked the wrong shade.I didn't like the consistency of product, thick and gloopy. It didn't blend nearly as well as others I have tried and as for a satin finish, absolutely no way...dried very matt.

Ditch the highend. This is better
Love love love. I have dry skin and this is a dream. Lovely coverage...can get almost full cover tbh. Just makes my skin look almost airbrushed. For 8 pounds! Lasts well. Nice squeeze bottle meaning more product available.

Was dubious but pleasantly surprised
I don't usually go for Elf foundation because I haven't had much luck in the past, and buying the wrong foundation can start to turn into an expensive mistake.Firstly I just wanted to add I'm 33, I have sensitive and dry skin, particularly around the cheeks and have some redness. The foundation was applied to clean, moisturised and primed skin, leaving a good amount of time between each layer of product and leaving 15 minutes after the primer for the foundation to be applied. When applying I used a warm damp beauty blender to help blend the foundation into the skin and I then applied the rest of my make up as normal. The foundation blended in like skin and felt extremely light weight, this is a buildable foundation and so if I wanted more coverage I could easily apply more. The foundation didn't set into any lines, nor did it cling onto any dry patches. I also loved how it left my skin with a slight glow. By the end of the day, my foundation hadnt separated or started to come off either so I felt it had good wear time. The colour match was very slightly off however with the summer months coming, I don't think it'll be an issue.I'll 100% be buying the foundation again!

Not for dry skin!
I had to switch to this when the satin foundation was discontinued and I hate it. It feels absolutely disgusting on my skin. I’d not even finished my eyeliner when my skin felt tight and chalky and a few hours later it’s sank into my pores and gone cakey. This is absolutely not good for dry skin even if you have a good skincare routine.I will say the shade is fantastic and it blends beautifully, for a medium coverage foundation it is very good and lovely to apply but it doesn’t last long before it feels awful.

Lovely
Considering this is a cheaper range brand, I thought this foundation was great. I have a very sensitive skin but it was fine...It has a medium coverage and is fairly moisturising....would recommend...
