These are well made scales with an advanced feature - bluetooth that lets you capture all your weight and body mass data on a bluetooth app. The scales have a large plate and operate on 3 AAA batteries. I downloaded the app to my iPad and set it up before trying the scales. The data capture went as it should and the scales give information on total fat, visceral fat (very important - this is the one that causes major health problems) water, bone density, muscle mass and metabolic rate as well as my weight. I know the scales are accurate from cross-comparing with other scales. I don't know how good the other measurements are but I have reason to think they're accurate as body water and metabolic rate are something I can observe for myself and the data matched my sense of these. I was surprised by some of the results, better than expected. Data like this is gathered through a small electric current that reads the different densities of muscle bone, fat water. I'll try another set of scales that give this information, to cross reference it for accuracy. There are two minor issues; the scales need to be on a very level surface or they will be inaccurate, they are not forgiving of less that flat floors, and the app interface is rather clunky, designed for a phone and the english isn't optimal, though easy enough to set up and understand. The app could do with a bit of tweaking for better layout. When I first used this I thought they were inaccurate and was going to return them but when I tried them again on a more eve floor they worked perfectly. I'm very pleased with these so far, they are a brilliant idea; I can look at the data after I've weighted myself, and take it to my doctor. I can track changes over time as well, and very pleased I can see any changes to my bone density, as well as my weight.The app needs work but is ok for teh moment

Loving these scales and the app that goes with it.! My only bug bear is that it’s kg or pounds only so I have to convert my weight too stones n pounds. I’m old school. But I getting used it. Love how the app seems to work out muscle mass from fat visceral fat water ect and also bmi not that I’m a fan of bmi. Each section tells u whether or not ur ideal chubby or over weight (or along those lines) lol. Gives u a bit of info of what u could be causing long term/or not. And shows whether u have gone up or down in each department. Obvs u want some to go up and some to come down eg body fat down muscle mass up.

Despite Amazon’s product description, the info on the box and the instructions all proclaiming an 'athlete mode', the new version of the app seems to be lacking this feature. (Athlete mode means a more accurate body fat percentage for people who exercise regularly and have more than average muscle mass.) Contacted the seller directly and they say it is not available on the latest app version. Everything else seems fine - it looks good, simple to set up and connected easily but unfortunately, an athlete mode is essential for my purposes. Will be returning.

I got this as I have a Fitbit Charge 2 and wanted to sync apps, but this simply did not connect to Bluetooth, so I returned it. I didn't know that with newer Bluetooth versions you need to allow location permission for it to connect, so when the supplier kindly sent me another scale free, I gave it another chance. The scale is good and nice looking, but the Android app is not great. It has functionality but if the developer worked on it a little it would be brilliant. Good.

I have ordered the balance because I want to pay more attention to my weight and control it better with my own balance. In my search I came across this bathroom scale, which can measure my body fat as a good additional function. The goods arrived in good condition with me. After I pulled out the battery backup and downloaded the app, I had to connect my phone only with the scales and enter the requested information. The scales are super responsive and all functions are easy to use. In addition to the good functionality, the scales also look stylish. I am very happy with my purchase.

The Bluetooth had been intermittent since new, but after two weeks of use, it stopped all the measurements except weight. All the additional features I bought the scales for no longer work.

i read quite a few of the reviews here first and noticed 2 people had trouble connecting with the bluetooth but they were in the minority so i thought not much chance of me having the same problem!? it arrived promptly, well-packed and looks good so was expecting i would finally be able to get weighed for the first time in years! i then had many attempts over the next 4 nights trying to connect via bluetooth, using 4 different brand phones - problems including device not found, failed to connect, PIN/password error (also app found is 3.0+ or 3.0++) "user manual" contains simple and fairly useless information. i sent email explaining what i'd tried and received a simple reply (i'm guessing english is not their 1st language) which i think asked me if i had turned Bluetooth on, and made sure it wasn't connected to something else! I sent another email and received no reply to that. i decided to send it back the next day and was then playing about with the app on my phone when i suddenly received a notification as it had connected. A couple of other points: - 1) i have to wet my feet before getting weighed to get all the extra info. 2) it doesn't give an accurate weight unless it's on a very flat surface (my first weights on carpet were 4,12,17kg and i daren't tell you what the 4th one was!!) i wanted a history of my weights over time and i'm much too lazy to write them down. i'm also a bit of a geek and always fascinated by any new gadget/app so this was the cheapest model that did what i wanted. app is a little dated, but functionally sound.

L'été arrive et je voudrais avoir une ligne plus acceptable sur la plage. J'ai pris la décision d'acheter ce pèse personne et j'avoue être plutôt satisfait. Le produit est de bonne qualité et assez joli.L'application téléchargeable est vraiment bien pensée et permet d'avoir un suivi de nombreux éléments : poids, masse graisseuse, masse osseuse.....Avoir un suivi et un historique est très intéressant. Je valide.

Arrivata da poco per adesso tutto PERFETTO, Ho messo le pile, acceso il Bluetooth, acceso la bilancia , aperto l’app, ha fatto tutto da sola. Cosa c’è di difficile da capire ? Forse chi si lamenta dell’app o della bilancia è perché non è capace ? Sono diventata pazza a cercare una bilancia perché mi basavo sulle recensioni , molti dicevano che non funzionavano altri dicevano di sì, secondo me chi diceva di no è perché magari non riusciva semplicemente a farla funzionare . Comunque dopo averne viste 30 ho scelto questa perché il prezzo è buono l’app funziona bene e va come deve andare , mi sono pesata più volte ha sempre funzionato

Es una buena báscula y se conecta con el móvil. Tan solo hay que bajar una App que es muy intuitiva. Da unos 8 datos y muy curiosos y bien explicados en la App. No tengo manera de cotejarlos con otra báscula, con lo cual no se si son muy exactos, pero vienen muy bien para complementar el peso y te pican para adelgazar un poco más. La App es muy sencilla, pero hace un buen seguimiento del peso y te da una gráfica significativa y clara de tu progreso. Motivante para adelgazar o controlar el peso. Un consejo: Yo me peso en el baño, y para que no sume el peso de mi móvil al mio, dejo el móvil sobre la pila del lavabo y desde ahí lo manejo para controlar los datos.

Unsere alte Waage hat schon ewig nicht mehr richtig funktioniert und so war es dann Mal am der Zeit eine neue zu kaufen. Primär brauchten wir einfach nur eine Waage. Das dieses Teil jetzt auch noch per Bluetooth das Gewicht auf mein Handy senden kann, war für mich eigentlich nur ein ganz nettes extra. Auf jeden Fall bin ich mit dieser Waage sehr zufrieden. Kein langes Warten bis sie an ist und das Gewicht wird auch in ca einer Sekunde schon angezeigt. Die Bluetooth Geschichte hab ich dann auch noch ausprobiert. Ist auf jeden Fall ganz lustig und es funktioniert. Vor allem lässt sich die App mit Google fit koppeln. Aber wie schon erwähnt... Für mich ist diese Funktion ehr zweitrangig. Aber prinzipiell gibt es hier eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Ich habe nach einer preiswerten Möglichkeit gesucht, mein Gewicht und meine Körperwerte etwas genauer im Blick zu behalten. Hier mein Fazit nach einiger Zeit Nutzung: Für den geringen Preis bekommt man eine schicke, solide verarbeitete Waage, die optisch in jedem Badezimmer etwas hermacht. Die Gewichtsmessung wirkt sehr präzise und konsistent (Vergleich mit meiner alten Waage). Die zusätzlichen Werte wie Körperfett oder Muskelanteil sind interessante Richtwerte für die Tendenz, auch wenn man sie natürlich nicht mit einer medizinischen Analyse vergleichen kann. Die App: Hier liegt leider der Schwachpunkt. Das Design wirkt etwas veraltet und die Menüführung ist nicht immer intuitiv. Es dauert eine Weile, bis man sich zurechtfindet. Die Bluetooth-Kopplung klappt leider nicht immer auf Anhieb. Manchmal muss ich die App neu starten oder kurz warten, bis die Waage erkannt wird. Das nervt morgens etwas, wenn es schnell gehen soll. Wer eine günstige Waage sucht und über eine mittelmäßige App hinwegsehen kann, macht hier nichts falsch. Die Hardware ist top, an der Software müsste der Hersteller allerdings noch arbeiten.
