App based scam
Need to download a sketchy app to use, app eats up a lot of phone battery. Could have worked around this issue but after working fine for a day, now can't even log into the app at all. Tried all suggested actions including reinstalling, still doesn't work. Bracelet is beautiful but useless without the app. Not worth the hassle.

I had to send them back they won't even charge. Won't come on so I don't even know how they work.
