Nice item, easy to put together works well.

Firstly the product was a nightmare to assemble, with cheap parts and fiddly small nuts and bolts, also not having an tool to adjust the wheels. Secondly we bought the large model, inkeeping within the maximum weight and size guidelines which our dog was well under, yet still managed to bend the cheap metal rods holding the front end up. Thirdly our dog found the item very stressing with not much size altering to fit her comfortably, which the item fully states. Lastly I think this item is not worth the money in the slightest as the structure is poorly made, parts are cheap and ultimatly for the reason of purchase, our dog found no benefit for her needs.

Comes in MANY, many pieces. Keep looking at the Instructions and picture of that end result, which eventually is a brilliant 'carriage' for my Pug Boy to 'get around in'. LARGE wheels keep it stable over gradual slopes in the field. First 'trial' with Him in it, and away he went! Gave us a good laugh too.

I got this for our elderly, much loved rabbit who has been suffering from increasing partial paralysis on one side. He was getting very frustrated, dirty from being unable to move properly or clean himself and getting a pressure sore on his hock from being unable to move it properly and laying on it constantly. He goes in the chair a few times a day and it has made a big difference to him. Although he is struggling a little to move about much as we have a bumpy lawn, it is taking the pressure off the side he was laying on and seems to be helping to correct him a little so he is able to sit up unaided for some periods. He objects to the strap under his neck and pushes his head out of it, so I have given up on that part, but he can still use it ok. Very happy I got it and wish I had done it a bit sooner. This seems to be the same model as others on the market that are priced a lot higher. I have knocked one star off only because one of the holes was a little too small so it needed to be drilled before putting together, but it was no biggie and an easy fix. Me and the worlds best bunny are very happy with it.

For my 7 year old frenchie this has been the beat buy for her. As off recently her back legs have gone and with her being so full of life and playtime still it broke my heart to wat h her unable to be herself. With this purchase it has changed her we life and gave her independence back. Would highly recommend especiallyfor the price. Its sturdy, easily adjusted to fit perfectly.

Honestly - for the price, the product is very underwhelming, especially when it comes to assembling it. There were no instructions other than two low-quality pictures in the box, and the video given on the products images. The product worked, if you’re looking for something quickly for your animal, I would say give it a go, but for us the harness didn’t fit even on the smallest size, it drooped low and didn’t seem to be very comfortable for her to walk in - the harness just wasn’t in the right places. Overall our experience was neither great or awful - do some research for your specific animal, make sure the dimensions and harness works for you.

Amazing solid piece of equipment. Was so gutted it didn't fit my larger dog. Easily assembled. If it did fit (my mistake) it would have been perfect. Delivery was also much quicker than stated. Adjustability nice and easy too. All round great piece of equipment
