Really helped with my low mag symptoms and only took less than a week to feel a difference. I read that mag deficiency can take up to or over a month to feel any benefits. Will keep ordering. Muscle machines and soreness virtually gone (the kind that worried me). I work in a physical job and it was imparting my ability to work at full performance.

I bought this so I could take it sublingal versus my B-Complex pills. It says take it in water but as for me,I want to be able to take it on an empty stomach so I chose this. A little sweet but that would not be an issue if I was to put it in water.Pleasant taste, no stomach upset or aftertaste. Glad I gave this one a try.

It does help with sleep. However, i recommend starting at the lowest dosage. The directions say 1mg-3mg a day, which I think is far too much for someone just starting. I started with 2mg. While i slept well, i could not focus the next day also had a lot of anxiety throughout the day. I waited a couple days, took 1mg and had the same issues. I will try again but this time I will try the absolute smallest dose of .25mg and make adjustments from there.

I struggle to fall asleep at night due to my mind racing. This supplement really helps to shut that off while not feeling groggy the next morning!!

Product was full of algae like floaters. Emailed the customer support address on the packaging and still haven’t had a response after a week.
