Delicious taste, light. I added honey and lemon. It's suppose to be a natural diuretic. That's why I purchased it. It has many other benefits: helps with digestion, supports the immune system and helps with weight management and regulates blood sugar.

I really wanted to like this tea, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The flavor was too weak, even after steeping for a long time, and the aroma wasn’t fresh. It might work for others, but I won’t be buying it again.
